This place is great. The people inside are super nice, and they packed everything great. But what really took the cake for me was the free label printing. That’s right, if you have your label ready to go, they will print it for free. I’ll be visiting this place again for sure.

Aim has been great when I’m shipping a multitude of packages and need all the options in one location. Their other services are great as well (e.g. notary). Staff are friendly and helpful. 👍👍

I recently had to ship a Ukulele I sold from ebay. Ramsey the owner of AIM was extremely helpful. I originally went in to buy a box but because it was an odd shape he had to cut one down. He did that and actually said it might be cheaper if I used the shipping eBay provides. He took care of the shipping himself and saved me the process. Great guy and and customer service.

Good service and friendly staff. I use only this place for shipping because they are very friendly, always pack my shipments well, and have a great greeting cards. The other day I had 4 heavy boxes to ship and they unloaded from my car to the store and sent everything out an affordable price. I’m very happy with the customer service I receive here. Highly recommended!

I have been working with the team at AIM Mail Centers for as many years as they have been open which I believe to be 12 or more. I have ALWAYS RECEIVED EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. My packages are always trackable and always arrive on time as scheduled. I have been in the store when there are a number of people and each person receives equal (excellent) care and attention. They know my name and warmly welcome me every time I visit their store.

I refuse to go to the ups store or FedEx, or anywhere else. This is the best mailing center by far. They are so accommodating and helpful.

I shop via Amazon and other online retailers pretty constantly and I take all of my returns here. They've never once dropped the ball for me, I can't speak highly enough of them. I've definitely thrown them some curveballs too ^.^ 5/5, no question.
