I wanted to give proper acknowledgment to rhe salesperson named Melissa. I have had 3 encounters with this young lady and each time I am more impressed. I love the fact that she educates her customers and her skills backs it up. Everything I go, I ask for Melissa, I suggest you do the same. The full experience is worth the wait in line.

Daytime store manger forget his name he did a great job correcting my problem returning item and getting something else.
The young man.lame was hunter but I forget the other gentleman’s name. They did a great correcting my problem.

BOUGHT A HEADLIGHT BULB AND THEY INSTALLED IT FOR FREE. VERY NICE GUY TOOK CARE OF US.

Joshua was very helpful, he went above and beyond to help us fix my key fob. When the new battery didn’t work, he took the extra step of trying to reset the key. He could have sent us on our way when the battery didn’t work but he didn’t he was very kind and ready to help. Will definitely visit again for future auto needs.

These guys are the best. I recommend of going there. I love the people in there at the one in Middletown. I've never ever had any problems with them.

My son in law just had his battery tested and indeed needed one. We were helped by Bre ( hope that's the correct spelling ) she was outstanding!! She swapped out the battery since we didn't have out tools. She is an asset to this establishment.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I bought a battery, but changing it was a bit more than the usual just popping off the terminals. The staff person however, after looking over the brackets attached to the battery briefly, was able to change it for me. And he did this despite having to stand out in the rain for a good 20 minutes getting everything disconnected and reconnected. Great store!

Called for parts availability- they had in stock. Arrived 20 minutes after I called, clerk was very helpful, got what I needed at a reasonable price, and was on my way.

I love when places like this hire female Employees!! The one who does work here is more knowledgeable then the men. Only reason I enjoy coming into this location

Went here to have my battery tested. Employee tested my battery without any hesitation. Told me exactly what was wrong with it. They didn’t have the battery I wanted but he called the other AutoZone to make sure they had it and I went there to get it. The employees at the other AutoZone were very unprofessional and refused to swap the old battery out for the new one that I just bought from them which was my main reason for buying the battery at AutoZone instead of somewhere else. I took the new battery back to this one with my receipt and the same employee from earlier swapped it for me. Good to know that my local AutoZone is far better than some others. It was a night and day difference between the two stores.

I always have good experiences here! In the past, I got help getting a lock on my gas thing to ensure it couldn’t be broken into and siphoned. Today, I got help picking and installing new windshield wipers on my car by John B. He was very kind and got the new wipers on in only a few minutes!

Best place Hands down for parts and tools! I need a jack for my car and didn't need it for a long time they helped me out in a pinch! Come here and see this group!

Today, fathers day of all days, my brake caliper decided to break on me, I called everywhere for my part but all parts stores had to order in and take 3 days with the exception of az. Everyone also wanted money up front to order which meant driving my broken car 20 minutes there paying for it drive 20 back then the same the next day. Not to mention I only had 20 minutes till close. The young man on the phone hesitant at first because of the company's policy even though it's coming from their own warehouse; wanted money up front, heard my plight of my emense need of the part to get me to a very important dr appointment in the a.m he helped me anyway. Thank you i believe his name was Stephen he was the manager on duty. I work in the industry as well and am a general manager, this is a great example of customer service. Policy or not... thank you.

Hunter helped me figure out the exact tools I needed and even assisted in changing them in the car.

Stopped in today because I had a headlight out. Mac greeted me as soon as I walked through the door helped me find my headlight and then he put it in my car!! He was amazing throughout and I'm so appreciative of his help. Whatever he's making isn't enough. He deserves a raise!!!

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to assist with automotive needs. Phone app very easy to use and the rewards program is nice bonus.

Went in for what I thought was a dead battery. They tested, confirmed the issue, and replaced it. Great, friendly, quick service.

I called in a yesterday because my key assembly ignition thingy was stuck. My key could come out and everything but everything else was locked up. The car wouldn’t turn on or anything... I looked up online and got several of the same answers, I said to myself. Welp, let’s try auto zone. I called in got Kyle. I explained for Kyle my situation and I asked him if there was any recommendations. Before I buy a 200$ part.

He gave me that advice to fix it. Simple enough just didn’t think it would work.
behold! I didn’t have to buy the part and my car is running again!! Thank you Kyle for your suggestion. I really appreciate the patience and knowledge you had while I tried to explain something I knew nothing about.

I was in twice this weekend for parts for a 2004 Escape. The guys (and one lady) were helpful with advice and had most of what I needed in stock. One part was not in stock and had to be transferred from another store, and they even called me at home the next morning at 8:00 when the part was delivered. Now that's good customer service. This store is off to a good start.
