Hardee’s

My client loves their chicken strips. It's one of the few things she will eat. The staff is always pleasant. The drive through line takes a little longer due to made to order food. Worth it.

First time here in a while. Previously had a reputation for slow and subpar service. Today I went in and saw, who I presume to be the owner, running the line keeping everyone busy and saying "good job" throughout my time there. Love to see a manager/owner who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Food came out in less than 3 min, and tasted quite good. Will be back more often!

The food always seems to be what it looks like on the menu, the store is clean and accommodating and I have never had issue with the staff in the 5 or so years I have been goung to this particular store

The cashier was in training, and I was in awe. At how well the Lady training her was doing! She was very attentive. She had a calming tone, was taking her time so she the trainee could grasp what was going on. Kudos to Liz👏 🙌

I went through the drive thru. It was busy because it was lunch time, but the line moved quickly, and the person that waited on me was very friendly and helpful. Her name was Cathy. I wish all restaurants had employees as nice as her. I definitely had a five star experience.

Kari, is a wonderful example of how customer service should be! The whole staff is great, food is excellent.

Staff here is amazing, they are polite and are great with visitors from out of state. Definitely would come back .

Love the new morning server that works the drive thru window. I grab a coffee and or breakfast sandwich, once and awhile early morning..7:30 am.
And I’m always greeted by a very pleasant woman with a smile on her face… She treats me like a HUMAN BEING!! Someone that matters! Not just another order! Please keep her!! She was on schedule today. 02/05/2024.

Definitely been a while since I’ve gone out to eat breakfast, but Hardee’s on Nissley dr made it worth braving the cold for! The food was delicious and the staff were extremely helpful!

This place is always good! You have complainers about wait time but that's the cost of fresh food. Won't catch me complaining. Keep up the good work!

Fast, accurate & friendly service.
Manager on duty was very friendly with customers and his staff. Huge difference maker in how employees feel about their job. Store is clean, lot is clean. Drive thru running well. These are all key to building traffic , driving sales and profit. Keep up the good work.

I frequently get a special order and it's vanishingly rare for it to be wrong.
Don't think that I'd trust somewhere else to get it right so frequently.
