Sandy was great! She is very hospitable and the quality of food was amazing! Our order was fresh, restaurant was clean and ambiance was enjoyable. They have a variety of options on their menu and even have a value menu along with kids meals available! Gluten free, dairy free and vegan options for people with food restrictions! It was my first time at Urban Plates and I will definitely be returning to this location!

We ordered a bowl of chicken tortilla soup, a side of the new harissa lime cauliflower, and the double cheeseburger with fries. Robert took our order and was very helpful and friendly.

We grabbed our number and took a seat and were getting even more hungry and a little food envy seeing other orders come out. It was a busy time at dinner and it took maybe 5-10 minutes for our food to come out.

The chicken tortilla soup had great flavor, a little spiciness, and large tender pieces of chicken. The bread was grilled and oiled and was nice to dip in the soup. The harissa like cauliflower is new on the menu and had a great kick to it. I’d definitely get this again if it sticks around on the menu. The double cheeseburger had seasoned patties, the condiments were fresh and it was juicy. The fries were cooked nicely and well seasoned.

Overall a great meal and we are satisfied. Definitely will return.

Great food is an understatement. The hospitality delivered is something that you do not get very often. Zack and Sandy were very friendly and Robert top notch! We love coming here as a family.

Amazing food & love how healthy it is. The restaurant publishes their ingredients on line so you know there’s no shady things in there (supposedly they are being honest). We were served by Casey and Grant and they were wonderful with our fussy orders. Highly recommend.

I love this place! The food is delicious and made fresh. Our family has a variety of food requirements and preferences. They have vegan and gluten free options, and are very sensitive to allergies- it’s even built into their online ordering system. Plus, with the Plate Pass, we get 10% off everything we order. I highly recommend.

Zach is a super star at customer service. He was so patient with my friend and I with tasting the juices and giving his advice on some food dishes. I’ve been to UP several times and absolutely love the food drink and ambiance. I love this watermelon pineapple juice yum 😋 my fave dish is the salmon with Brussels sprouts absolutely amazing!

Wonderful ingredients, fantastic customer service. Robert helped us choose and decide what complimented together. My boyfriend and I love coming here and getting healthy meals for dinner. Thank you Robert!

I regularly go to UP in Aliso Viejo. It’s nice to have hearty American food with wide variety of choices. With the urban plates pass, you save on the meals.

The atmosphere and location is perfect!

My server was Sandy and I appreciate her service. My fav drink is the ginseng tea. I love the grilled grass fed beef and for general food quality this is it dining out.

I love this place! The customer service is top-notch—quick and friendly. The menu offers a lot of variety, and everything I've tried has been really good. Not only is the food fresh and healthy, but the portion sizes are also generous, giving you great value for your money.

My current favorite is the Moroccan Chicken Braise. It always hits the spot on a chilly day!

Yesterday, I tried the Pineapple Coconut Lime Replenisher for the first time, and it was so good!

Urban Plates never disappoints. Fantastic food great service great atmosphere. They have Kombucha On Tap, which is delicious. I try a new dish each time and have never been disappointed. I know you’ll love it here too.

Tried asian noodle chicken salad for the first time! Yum! I usually get the soups, salads. Burger, chx fingers, Braise. I love that it tastes homemade . Don't forget to have the coconut pineapple lime drink.

Today we felt like just going for a good dessert so we came to urban plates ( Aliso Viejo ) GRANT and SCOTT were so helpful and nice . This place has a ton of healthy selections to meet your goals or needs! One of my favorites here is the grilled portobello sandwich, but if you are a meat lover their steak is to die for! Highly recommend this place . Also they get a 10 for hygiene , very clean everywhere you go.

We haven’t been here in a couple years but have been ordering pickup. The food has been consistently good. We finally decided to dine in with our kids today and were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted with smiles and amazing service by Zach and Robert today for dinner! Great deals as well and we are looking forward to coming back! :)

I’m impressed!! The food selections were great! We had a large party and all of us ordered different dishes and we all thoroughly enjoyed our food and were very satisfied! The deserts were tasty as well. We tried the mango tart and the cake that had banana nut bread and pineapple (forgot the name of it) and they both were great! The atmosphere was nice with a roomy area to sit and eat. We want to give a special thanks to Sandy and Rob!!
