Plumeria Cafe by Stacks Pancake House

Wonderful experience! At a certain point in life, you've had so many meals and tried so many things that it's difficult to find food that's truly unique. And not that many restaurants really wow. But my wife and I had such an enjoyable experience here at Plumeria! We were so impressed with the creativity and variety of the offerings that we couldn't help but think of all the friends we'd like to bring with us to experience it as well.

We'd highly recommend bringing friends and getting lots of dishes (family style) for everyone to be able to try multiple things. There are so many unique dishes, it's really fun to share them with friends tapas style.

I'm not the kind to normally take pictures of my food, but the uniqueness of these dishes merited photos. And unlike so many restaurants where the food is photogenic but somewhat disappointing to taste, this food is designed for the mouth & soul.

Hands down the best Hawaiian style breakfast spot in South Orange County. Highly recommend the white lava pancakes. The food is delicious, the service is great. watch out for the birds if you sit outside, they will steal your food if you get more than 3ft away from it.

Love the food here. Everything is good. The purple Ube pancakes are delicious. I always pair that with Matcha green tea latte making them a perfect combo.

Great food and fast service! The avocado spam musubi and pork bellies ramen were delicious! I will definitely go back for more delicious food.

We had breakfast here a few weeks back and it was memorable. Delicious food, relaxing ambiance and reasonably priced. If you're an art-lover, a stroll around the stores nearby is a must. Great place to take pictures and spend an hour or two.

Driven by here several times recently, and only just lucked out to find it in a quick search of Maps while shopping nearby for furniture.

And I do mean "LUCKED OUT."

The very young staff were all super chill and friendly and got everything right.

There was plenty of seating both indoor as well as outside in the European styled Cafe setting, complete with Fountains, plantings and shrubbery, and as a bonus; active birdcalls and Birds about.

The meal was excellent, with one small caveat;I had asked my Plumeria Burger to be Prepared Medium Rare yet it was plated and served RARE.

A small oversight, and one I can certainly overlook as next time I order a burger here I will simply ask for Medium.

Otherwise, totally satisfied, as it IS a sister store to My beloved STACKS PANCAKE HOUSE in Dana.

This place has been there for years, finally had a chance to try it for breakfast with friends. They have a great selection of food to make anyone happy, all tasty and made to order. I love going out for breakfast on the weekend, though my wife is hard to get out of bed early in her day off. Although after her positive comments about it, there may be hope for me yet!

A must-try place for brunch!! I'm so addicted to the chicken waffle here. Great outdoor seating for a chill weekend morning, although the restaurant itself can be packed and you have to wait a little!

Great place to get food. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. There could be a wait to order your food, but the line moves quickly.

This place is amazingly good. We've been here twice with large parties (so I got to sample a lot) and I don't think there's anything bad on the menu. The family that owns it is local (Hawaii local) and the kalua pig is for reals and the breakfast ramen/saimin was the best I've ever had. The line is usually long on a weekend but it moves pretty well and it's 100% worth it. Staff are super nice and the food is pretty quick after ordering. Sooo ono!

It's in an odd spot, but there's a good amount of indoor seating and tons of outdoor. Even today, in the rain, we were able to sit out with the overhang protection. I'm here pretty much weekly with my women's group. Everyone's food always looks amazing (due to the hour we meet, it's too much for me to get a full meal) and my regular turkey sausage with a side of avocado is perfect. The service is the best, hands down. Everyone should follow the warmth of this crew as a way to run their business.

I went there for the first time with a friend of mine, and although they did not have hardly any vegan friendly items, I was able to order some of the best oatmeal with fresh fruit/berries on top, served with a little 4th cup of oat milk to go in it.
It was absolutely delicious And I would definitely recommend trying it.

I ordered a mocha, also with oat milk. It was served with the most beautiful presentation, and just as yummy as the oatmeal. I’ll definitely go back! 😊💜

I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because of the unruly birds that were constantly flying overhead as we ate. Not too relaxing but still enjoyable.

Wonderful restaurant. I love the convenient location and cheap prices. The food is pretty filling and have wonderful displays. The restaurant is clean and big with inside and outside shaded seating as well as friendly staff. LOTS of selection and more!

I love the food here and atmosphere, it is worth the wait! Classy establishment with delicious, quality dishes. The ube pancakes are something I've never tried before and they were the perfect amount of sweetness, you can taste the quality ingredients. It isn't just a pancake with sugary syrup like other restaurants. Their short rib plate was also amazing!

We were in town for a wedding and in search of a good spot for brunch the day after. Plumeria Cafe did not disappoint. The menu was full of authentic Hawaiian eats and delicious classics. We feasted on the Portuguese Omelet, Kalua Pork Loco Moco, Cinnamon Toast Crunch Belgium Waffle, and Portuguese Sausage Fried Rice. The portions were great, the flavor was amazing, the service was efficient, and the Guava and Pineapple Mimosas were refreshing.

Walked over here today for breakfast. Nice and quite, indoor and lots of outdoor seating. they bring your food to your table. Food was very good. I had the Breakfast burrito with chicken teriyaki. it was not a small burrito. If you are looking for Hawaiian style food, I would recommend eating here.

Great busy spot that has fast service. Fun menu with lots of cool different choices. Drooling food that makes your mouth water, yummmmmm! Get a traditional breakfast or come for something completely different from other places. Cereal on my waffles? Yes please. Nutella on pancakes, get it here!

Don't let the line out the door scare you away!! The food is great and the atmosphere is lovely. Lots of options. Lots of aloha foods and yummy griddle goodies. The beautiful grackles are all over the place, but they don't bother patrons. Their chirps add to the experience and are fun to watch

I didn't actually go to Plumería today, I walked by. It was kind of a reconnaissance before going there. I can report that they were VERY busy this morning.

I saw a few of the plates including what looked like eggs Benedict, huevos rancheros, and pancakes. The food looked good.

There was plenty of seating in the surrounding enclosed patio area within the Design Center.
