JOANN Fabric and Crafts

Went with my wife who was looking for fabric to make Christmas stockings for our new. Granddaughter. We were helped by Susan who was an absolute delight to deal with.very knowledgeable about the store and an expert on cutting fabric.

Phenomenal staff and customer service. I am making fleece tie knot blankets for Xmas presents. They were all very helpful helping me find the best solid color. Alice, and all the others by the cutting fabric area. I can’t remember the other girls name. Phenomenal staff here

Every time I shop in there I find everything I need and then some. My granddaughters love going in there. They find all sorts of crafts , etc.

The people here were so nice helpful and very knowledgeable. I decided to replace the foam and material on my dining room chairs. Their advice was invaluable. I equate going into Joanne fabrics like going to Home Depot very overwhelming. By the time I left I felt confident I could do my project. Everyone from Kayte to the person who cut my fabric to the cashier was engaging.

Excellent Customer Service! I was sent by my wife, who sews and crafts regularly, but she was unable to come in. I was seeking fabric to line drawers. I needed a specific weight, pattern and texture. I had no idea what I was doing.
Immediately a very friendly salesperson greeted me, asked open-ended questions to determine my needs. She quickly, but politely made suggestions on what I needed . I was so impressed by her that I purchased double the amount I needed, because she came up with great ideas of what my wife could do with the extra material.
When I got home, my wife told me it was exactly what she needed. I wish I could recall the salespersons’ name.

Store manager was very helpful. The items I was looking for were face mask. The store was out of them at that time however he explained that a truck was coming in that night gave me a number to call so I could come and get them the next day I called he he told me exactly what came in explain the different items I was happy to go and get them it was a good shopping experience would I go again definitely

This is my go-to Joann store. It is close by, and although it is a smaller store in comparison to others, I always find what I need there. The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. And I have to give a shout out to Lindsay, she has helped me with many different things I need for my Etsy shop and craft booth. She is knowledgeable and ready to help.

The lady in the sewing department named Diane was so friendly and helpful. I loved talking to her. So kind. Made my shopping trip very nice. Thank you Diane.

Amazing service and good selection of craft and baking supplies however pricer unless you have coupons

This is my go-to for fabric Jo-Ann's they are a more intimate store but don't let the size fool you. They have a wider range of fabric patterns than the bigger stores in the same area and the smaller setting makes for a more personalized experience.

Super friendly staff. Got exactly what I needed, even cheaper than I expected. The young woman in the store even examined what I needed to do. Very Happy and the project turned out great

Employees were friendly and very helpful. The store was clean and easy to navigate. The selection of yarn was quite different from other stores and the prices were somewhat lower.

I have recently picked up seeing as a hobby, and I go here for all of my fabric needs. The employees are super nice and always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

The Customer Service was Excellent..And if You don't know how to sew (Like Me)..The associates will not discourage Your creative endeavor.. Just Go with it...Oh and Use coupons from App..being Creative and Thrifty is Cool😀..I'll post a pic when I'm done

Has everything I need for sewing face masks. Tip: elastic in various widths (including skinny) is sold at the fabric cutting counter. They have huge spools and will custom cut for you: as much or as little as you wish.
