I recently visited Meineke for my Pennsylvania vehicle state inspection, and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional.

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the Rachel and Arnold, who were professional and courteous. They efficiently checked me in and explained the inspection process in detail, ensuring I understood what to expect. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making the brief wait pleasant.

They completed the task in a timely manner while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. I appreciated their transparency and honesty, as they clearly communicated the condition of my vehicle without any pressure to opt for unnecessary repairs or services.

Additionally, they provided me with a detailed report and patiently answered all my questions, making sure I felt confident about the state of my vehicle. The entire experience was seamless, thanks to their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Came in an emergency to get a tire fixed. They got me in quickly! Even when they are busy. Making it safe and outstanding in teamwork and management of the car. We keep six cars out of the shop. They’re always listening, willing to work in our extremely fair and managing all of the cars. Outstanding is the factor. Thank you Jim (management!)

I got a next day appointment for my emissions testing, oil change and wheel lock removal. I was told it would take an hour and a half and it did exactly that. I really appreciate the thoughtful care given to me by Arnold and the very reasonable pricing. I’m going back this week for new tires and plan to make this my regular shop.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Arnold and this Meineke! I work a few doors down and take my car here for oil changes and other repairs. Arnold is always right there at the desk greeting you with an enthusiastic and warm hello when you arrive. He is attentive and listens to whatever issue you may be facing with your car. He is also willing to educate you on what the repairs mean and break down cost for you! All around this is a great place to get your car serviced! I have always had such a pleasant and awesome experience as well as my car always being in the best shape when I leave!

Happened to be in the area and needed an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in less than an hour. Didn't catch the guy at the counters name. He was super nice! Great customer service! Would definitely recommend!!!

I just got a quick tire rotation, but they were quick, friendly and professional. The gentleman who help me (sorry I forgot his name) was great and I will definitely think of them for future services. Thank you.

I've been coming here for about 2 years now. Arnold and his team are fantastic. Everything is explained in detail, the work is always done on time and the price is right. If you need a "go to" mechanic, this is the place.

Needed to get car inspected after moving from NJ. Got an appointment. As soon as I arrived, staff started inspecting.

Passed. Told everything was fine, but keep an eye on brakes. I asked it I should get brakes done now. It wasn’t necessary.

Impressed by the honesty. Did a great job, and Meineke didn’t take advantage. I will return to Meineke for next oil change, and when the brakes finally do need work, that’s where I’ll go.

A few days ago I noticed that my vehicle exhaust sounds significantly louder than it normally does, especially at initial cold start. Assuming that it was my exhaust manifold I hastily made an online appointment at Store 2779. To my surprise shortly thereafter I received a call from the manager indicating that he noticed my appointment and if mind giving him some background information on my problem. After completing my explanation he indicated that he doesn’t normally do that kind of maintenance on my make vehicle but nonetheless, if I still care to drop by he will be happy to take a look at it and help me in anyway he can. I proceeded to do as he advised and within half an hour of my arrival he pulled my vehicle in and was able to diagnose the problem and subsequently game me options. However, because of the warmth and professionalism initially received from the manager on arrival, I decided to go with the one that will enable me to get the repairs done at his store. To say that his whole approach towards me as a new customer was outstandingly remarkable would be a gross understatement. As a result, going forward, I will always check with him to see if he offers any of my vehicle recommended maintenance before approaching the dealership. Thank you very much for your service, my vehicle is running superbly!.

They take good care of you and your car. Nice clean waiting area with water, TV and bathroom. Owner is a great guy, nice to talk to and keeps you informed about your car.

Arnold is fantastic. Check in was easy, was able to fix the AC and change the oil and had it ready to go in just a couple hours!

Arnold and his team were a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. I had the front end completely rebuilt and aligned and it drives like a new truck for a more than a fair price. Will use them again in the future.

Ok, so, car care center, you think greasy shady mechanics looking to steal every dollar from your wallet.
Nope, not here. Friendly and accommodating. They kept me updated on the progress of my car, even going as far as putting it back up on the alignment rack because they weren't happy with the results of the road test. They explained that they couldn't get it 100% and recommended taking it to a body shop to see if there was some hidden damage. No muss, no fuss, just a simple and honest explanation. Then added a $20 coupon at checkout. They've definitely earned my future business.

I have done multiple services including oil changes, Arnold is an absolute professional and keeps the shop well managed. He also helps share knowledge regarding your vehicle and other necessary maintenance or offers help in troubleshooting issues. This Meineke has been super reliable in terms of always having time to fit in an oil change and do it right. Prices are far more competitive as well. Highly recommend

The staff here are always polite. They offer great service and honest answers. If an issue can’t be fixed that day, you will get an honest estimate on time and cost.
