Went in to inquire about a replacement brake light for my vehicle. Branch was ready and available to assist! Branch completed the replacement immediately after purchase right in the parking lot! This is excellent customer service and saved me a future trip for this work! I will definitely return for my future car needs. Thanks again Branch!

went in recently for parts and my battery gave up while I was in the store. Jackson offered me a jump from his own vehicle after the stores jump pack was broken. Big thanks to him.

Everyone here is friendly and willing to help. One day I went in for a battery and I was super hungry after work. I told them I really wanted to get home to eat. They then offered me donuts while I waited to see if my battery was good or not. It wasn't and they got me a replacement right away. Another time I was there they taught me how to replace my headlight and how not to blow it out before installing it. Nice people and helpful.

On two different occasions I needed my headlight changes on my Telluride. Oscar changed it both times and he was very polite and professional. He changed it quickly and now I feel safe!

Came in today for burned out bulb in headlight. Three guys working and then me. One of the guys helped from the beginning to the end which included install. Yes install with no extra charge. Come on if you go for this item or any labor tip the guys. Well worth it. Thanks to the guy at O'Reilly on Hardscrabble for his time as well as making this adventure one and done.

I hate that haven’t gotten the young lady’s name. But I’ve been there twice this month. Every time this young lady is helpful and personable. The staff acknowledges you when you come in when helping others. I had battery issues and just overall satisfied with my visits.

Adrian was extremely helpful. I didn’t know what oil or air filter I needed, he searched on the computer and even hand picked the items for me as well. Super friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. First time at an O’Reilly auto parts, will be back.

I went to Auto Zone to replace a bulb in my headlight and the customer was TERRIBLE!!! Came here to Oreilly’s and was helped by a gentleman named Branch and he was WONDERFUL! Got me what I needed and changed it for me! I will ALWAYS come here from now on.

Alex goes above and beyond her job requirements to make sure that her customers are given the help that they need. She puts her best effort and more into her job every single day. Even when she was off of work, she stopped to help me out, inevitability saving me time and money from having to go to a mechanic. She didn’t have to do this, but she chose to! Thank you, Alex!!

I am currently sittng in the parking lot of ORILEYS AUTO PARTS STORE at 4510 Hardscrabble rd in Columbia, SC. I just EXSPIERENCE by far the best customer service I have ever had at any parts store I have ever been in. The young Lady by the name of Alex was exceptionally Motivated about finding the product i needed. She never gave up her search untill she found the parts i needed. Hell she had me excited just tobe in the store. I will NEVER shop at another parts store except Alexs' store on Hardscrabble. I dont know what you have to do to keep her employed, whatever it takes you had better do it. Thank you Alex R. for great customer service.

I came in needing help with a fuel pump and the assistant manager was so helpful in getting me on my way. Would highly recommend this store and their associates!
