The team at this AZ were AMAZING! Patient, inventive, and focused on helping me find the correct blades. Even the dealership said it'd take a few days to be seen....but this AZ? They stuck with it and we found what I needed!

My battery was acting up. They came out and tested it, confirmed it was bad. Because I had purchased my battery at that location they checked their records and it was under warranty, changed it free of charge right away. Professional and fast. Great service 👏

I needed a new battery and windshield wipers. The manager Victoria, assisted me into making my choice and replaced them for me. The service was impeccable, fast, free, and an excellent customer service. The employees at the store were very friendly and welcoming. I was in disbelief, I would recommend this place to everyone. 💯💯💯💯

Excellent customer service!!! I came to replace my battery, Matt informed me that he could replace it right there on the spot. I went to 2 other places before I came here that told me they couldn't replace it. He had me out of there within 15 min, thank you so much Matt I really appreciate it.

A bit packed, but I was able to find what I needed and got out within 10 mins.

Had a battery replaced but the 5-star rating is assigned specifically due to an employee named Ray. He offered customer service that was above and beyond. After installing the battery, he helped me find some retainer clips to fit under the hood, and even after I accidentally dropped one pack of them clips into the engine area of a car, he fished them out. He was incredibly helpful and took his time to assist me, although the store itself was swarming with customers. I will definitely return. I hope he gets a raise soon!

Staff is wonderful. One of the managers (a woman, forgot her name) helped me put in my headlights… well SHE put them in, but it was a difficult task. She never gave up and eventually finished the job. I tried so hard to tip her, but she was adamant about store policy and did not accept. It’s the integrity for me!!! Will be back for all auto needs!
