My favorite go too spot. I've enjoyed stopping in for my favorite, the Scrawberry Acai Lemonade, and a cheese sandwich on sourdough bread. The staff was very friendly as usual and I will continue to do my business with Starbucks

I was on a long journey that day needed to stop for something to drink and they offered me a free water in lieu of coffee since it was a hot day and they didn't want me to have a heat stroke!!!!!

Very pleased with early morning staff during the typical Monday-Friday work week. As a regular, it’s nice to roll through the drive thru and most of the staff already knows who I am. All the staff members are very courteous to me and Lana personally is awesome. She always remembers my order perfectly and ensures I receive it perfectly. Great staff, great service, and can’t ask for more than that.

The lexington starbucks accross from Walmart is the best. Food great. Service great. You know why? Because the people who work at this location are wonderful. They make you feel special and right at home.

By far the best Starbucks around! Brand new store very open, inviting, clean and comfortable to sit and enjoy a delicious Nitro Cold Brew! The staff is amazing especially the barista Brianna. Very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. She is the one that recommended the Nitro Cold Brew and I can’t get enough of it. I have to say what impressed me most about Bri was her willingness to coach and develop her coworkers. I later found out she’s not a trainer just very knowledgeable and loves to help others succeed the right way. The bar/sitting area next to the grinders allows you to interact with the staff members and it provides a first hand experience in what baristas go through during a shift. Great Starbucks, fresh hot food and amazing beverages! Keep up the great work.

I dined in with my nieces, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and the aroma was delicious 😋. The staff was very nice!

A clean and spacious location. Order was correspond on time (ordered through the app). Staff was friendly.

Mo was super helpful on picking out a new fantastic coffee today. She made me a pour over and was very polite during our conversation. She’s new to the area and I hope she stays and continues progressing through the ranks at Starbucks as she’s very knowledgeable!

I have been going to this location multiple times a week for the past year and have always has fast and friendly service. I order ahead and plan for delays when they are busy, so I have never had any issues !

This Starbuck must be understood new management. Everything has been right on point lately.

This starbucks has been a tradition for my family and our family friends to meet up at because it’s the halfway point between augusta and charlotte. We went a day ago and brought our young children. Our barista Kylie was so kind and friendly to them and they felt so grown up when she asked them what they would like instead of asking us parents. She even gave them a fun drink to try for free, which they talked about the whole way home. Thank you to the workers here for always being so positive and kind to us!

Surprisingly impressed with this location. Super nice interior and exterior, quick order turnaround, and the drip coffee wasn’t burned (it usually is these days)

I like that I can order ahead on the app and the info that I need prior to making selections is readily available. I have been ordering in store this week so that I can bring my own cup and I love that they've brought this option back

Very nice staff. This Starbucks has the biggest seating area of any that I have ver been in. All the crew was wearing masks and working hard to get the drive thru line pushed. They still offer pickup inside for mobile orders placed and are quick to have it ready for you.

It was a great experience. Service was excellent and ordering was straight forward. Drinks were good too but that's beside the point. 10/10.
Google is telling me to tell you what I ordered. I got a caramel frappe. It was alright. The Grande size works really well for what it is, in my opinion.
Atmosphere was warm and inviting I guess, the decoration and color palette reflects what you'd think of when you think about coffee shops. The aesthetic was really nice and simplistic, about what you'd want at a place you'd want to get some work done at, or just get a drink from and go. The decorations all revolve around coffee and where it comes from

Everyone is super nice, they work quick and always have the drinks taste good everytime I go.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for about a year now and this location truly has some of the best staff. EVERYONE is so friendly and professional. Today I called while in the drive thru line to change my order last minute and they said ‘No Problem!’ ... Thank you for always taking care of me!

I go here once every week or maybe even more and every time I walk in the people are very nice and patient with me, they have a welcoming atmosphere and every drink I get is on point. As someone who understands customer service, these other reviews have no idea what they are talking about, show some respect for people who have to deal with apathetic customers on a daily basis, we aren’t perfect human beings. <3 you guys
