R'Way Pizza and Family Tavern

As part of my exhaustive search for good pizza, I stopped by R'Way Pizza & Family Tavern. Happy hour price for pizza by the slice @ $2.50 sounded like a great deal & it was! The slices were fresh and covered the entire plate! Pepperoni and generous chunks of sausage! I ordered 2, but they are so large I could only finish 1 piece & got a doggie bag for the second one. Brittany was our server & she was great. Her recommendations were on point & she kept the drinks coming. Nice friendly unassuming atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Definitely a low-key neighborhood watering hole. Went for happy hour. $2.50 giant pizza slices. One slice might be enough. Two is definitely a lot. Draft beer selection isn't huge but it is decent. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked great. Definitely a locals hangout, but they'll make you feel welcome if you're from somewhere else. Brittany was on the ball. Great place for a good, inexpensive bite to eat.

Stopped in for a quick bite with my family. Polite staff. GREAT pizza! Affordable prices. Will definitely be back when in the area again.

Our new favorite pizza in Pawleys. We’ve been coming to Pawleys for years, and this was our first time at R’Way somehow. It was absolutely delicious. I like the beachy, local pizza joint vibe, too. We’ll be back for sure.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. At first we were a little intimidated because this place is a little hole in the wall and we're not from around here, but I'm so glad we came in. The bartender/waitor/cashier was amazing. He was so friendly and kind. The food was amazing. I will probably eat here everytime we come to visit Pawleys Island. I really enjoyed our experience.

Came in town for a holiday visit and ordered a pizza. I’m super reluctant of trying new pizza places, glad I did. Can tell they don’t cut corners and pay attention to detail. Would gladly order again. Simplicity at its best. Good cheese, good dough, good sauce and great customer service. And they delivered on Christmas Day.

After spending a long weekend at the Litchfield Inn, we just ordered a large ultimate pizza with R'Way. Never been there before, but it was close by, a local restaurant and the reviews were good. We were not disappointed! The pizza was delicious. Great crust and ingredients. Oh, and a large pizza is 20" in size. My husband barely got it in the passenger seat of our SUV. Great price, owner and pizza.

When me and My Parents stumbled apon R'Way Pizza & Family Tavern (Same place that Litchfield Pizza used to be at, we where surprised on how good the Food was, and How it all was less expensive than nearly all Fast Food chains. We've been going their for years now, and the Owners Mike and Allison are some of the kindest Locals around.
They're always welcoming and always like having a chat with some of the Regulars. And it's because of these things that I've started working here at this establishment, not only are the Staff great people but great co-workers as well, it feels like family, and we're always open to feed our Locals, Tourists, and People Just Passing By.

I love everything about the place, and I hope to for a long time.

First let me say that Marc was an AWESOME server. We did go in early and they weren’t busy (we tried Monday night and there was a line outside and parking lot was full!!)
Walked in the door and felt like we were very welcome and wanted quest/friends.
The service was outstanding and the food incredible and so much of it. We had intended to order separate meals but since it sounded big, we just ordered 1 Pubwich. (So glad because the 2 of us ate 1/2!!
We really enjoyed the drinks, the food and the service.

For a hole in the wall pub, this is a great place to go after a round of golf. They have a decent beer selection, and the food is phenomenal. I would easily recommend this place to anyone down here for a golf trip or for a good bite to eat

Went in today (with my grandson) and tried their pizza for the first time … after today I can tell you it won’t be the last time because this was some of the best pizza I’ve had since moving to SC from CT nine years ago … wish I hadn’t waited so long to try … reminds me of New Haven CT pizza which is some of the best pizza in the world … customer service was also very good and my grandson loved the pizza as well … keep up the excellent work !!!!

Great food and service. A group of us went together. The food came out fast and tasted great. Highly recommend, price point was great for the amount of food we all got.

Food was great. Friendly people, thr manager came by multiple times, talked and shared the local history. Great hangout for good food, sports and drinking!

We were just looking for a place to go for a pizza so we googled some places… this little gem popped up so we decided to try it ( it has great reviews) This place is wonderful! Just a little dive, so be prepared!! The pizza is EXCELLENT, the staff super friendly and attentive and the owner is one of the nicest, down to earth guys ever!! No wonder the joint was packed! I can’t wait to go back!! 60’s bingo on Tuesday and just a really good place to go and eat. Menu looks amazing… can’t wait to try more things. You HAVE to go here!!!!! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time and the prices are soooo affordable. Locals hang here!! Love it! P.S. I won 60’s jukebox bingo 🤷‍♀ *update: ordered a pizza for delivery at Pawleys Island, came when promised, hot and delicious!! So, delivery service is great also!!!! Don’t miss out on this place!!

Pizza is great. Friendly atmosphere. Servers are very likable and efficient.

Went in Saturday night after doing some escape room. Small establishment but was the right vibe we were looking for. Pizza was exceptional. Sauce, crust, generous toppings. I had absolutely zero complaints and was glad we chose to stop in. Chatted with the manager (maybe owner) - had a new york accent, very nice guy. Will absolutely make a point to come back next time I'm in Pawleys Island!

Omg. We honestly didn't know what to expect going here. Lol we were tourists. However I'm all about ratings and reviews. So we came across R'way when googling and decided to check it out. It was a Monday night around 8pm and the place was swamped with people inside and outside. We were about to turn around because it was crowded. We got greeted from outside and was told if you're looking for great pizza this is the place to be. Upon entering we got greeted again by multiple workers as well as customers and was even offered a table that was already occupied but we declined as we were placing a to go order. We placed our order and was told that it would be an 1- 1 1/2 hour. Appreciated being told that. No problem as we made other runs. We got back within an hr and a worker asked for our name and came back and said wow Corinne I didn't know you had such a big order. He said it's not done and it will be done shortly. He offered us to have a seat and if we wanted a drink. So we had a seat. When I tell you hospitality goes a long way it goes a long way. The laughter, friendliness, compassion they have for there business and customers meant a lot to me. The food came out and everything was correct. 3 different pizzas, 3 different wings, Mozzarella sticks and loaded fries. It was the Thank You Corinne for coming to check us out upon leaving R'way. When we got back to the Airbnb to eat the food. It was amazingly good. I mean absolutely nothing was wrong. So the customers definitely told the truth about great pizza and things. If you're ever in this area and are new please go check then out. You won't go wrong or be disappointed. Awesome service and food.

My wife and I love the place everybody is very friendly. And their slices of pizza are die for.. phenomenal Pizza
