Ron and his son visited our house to mount a large flat screen TV. They even installed a kit to hide the cords! Very fast, professional, clean (had a little hand vacuum) and reasonably priced! Absolutely fabulous experience, highly recommend!

I took my iPad mini in to the Murrysville location because the charging port wasn’t working correctly. They fixed it and I had it back in under 24 hours. Very reasonably priced and the guys I dealt with were super nice and helpful.

My daughter’s iPhone was in a bad state and was out of warranty. It had a broken screen, bad battery and bad charging port. Took it to Apple and their solution was to offer a replacement with a very pricey refurbished IPhone. I declined due to the price. Then I stop in at TripleD where I was able to get these parts replaced for a much lower cost. They had the parts shipped next day and the phone is like new again. I worked with Dylan and he was a consummate professional. If I have any issues with electronics I won’t hesitate to go here first.

Brought my own parts, obviously they can't warrant that. But they returned the working parts of my (physically damaged) computer, and flawlessly installed the replacement part within 24 hours. Both Dillion and (didnt catch his name) were absolute dreams to work with. Even replaced the stripped screws the other place I took this to, in an emergency out of town, stripped out.

These guys went above and beyond helping me recover data from my smashed phone. There were files that didn't restore correctly or at all from the cloud, and due to the poor condition of my screen, I couldn't implement a direct transfer myself. Dylan and Ron used a temporary screen to access my old phone, and stayed overtime one evening to get everything transferred. I initially went to Verizon, and they took one look at my old phone and said they could do anything for me. Then I spent six or more hours on the line with Assurion tech support, only to be cut off the first, and the next time I was asked to wait for a callback which never happened. I spent more for a replacement phone through insurance than I would have if I'd have bought a phone online & had TripleD iRepair get me back up and running. Thanks again guys!
