Tyler and Cassidy were fantastic! So helpful with all our questions and even stayed late to finish setting up our phones. They were FANTASTIC!

The manager who helped me out (Cassidy) is absolutely amazing! I didn’t really know what I was looking for and she showed me several different options and their features. She’s extremely knowledgeable! She helped me make the best choice for me. Justice was a huge help as well! I’d give higher stars if I could! Definitely will be coming back!

It was the most seamless process. Both Matt’s were very helpful and patient with me. They could not have been nicer and I will recommend this location . They were so efficient. It is really the best Verizon store I have been to.

Unlike what Jessica said, because I know it isn’t within her control, Cassidy went above and beyond to help me with getting a new phone and ensuring I knew all details such as pricing out the door, monthly cost, expectations using the device, as well as how to get things correctly set up and my data over smoothly.

She was one of the kindest and most courteous managers that I have had the pleasure of dealing with and I will always find a way to track down which store she’s at before my next purchase!

These guys, Alex and "the new guy", were amazing today. I was there to start new service and they answered ALL my questions and got me the best deal for me. This was during what most definitely was the hardest time of the day for them as a disgruntled customer came in with a unique issue. This customer was going to leave and leave mad. Without making me wait any extra time these three guys, including the night guy who walked into this, found a way to not only help this customer but also get them into a better position than they were when they came in. And, they left that store just as happy as I was.

Had a very good experience at the Plum Store. There was no waiting and Matthew was very friendly and professional. He answered all our questions and got me hooked up with my new phone very quickly.

Drake was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and made the experience seamless and enjoyable! We were very pleased with the customer service he provided!

There is no one better than Alex. He works miracles and magic especially for senior citizens. All customers entering the store while I was having my order processed were politely addressed and had their questions answered. It really is a 5 star location with a 5 star manager.

My experience at this store was wonderful! Working with Drake was great! One of the most personable representatives I’ve ever dealt with! I highly recommend this store and Drakes service!

Alex was nice and helpful. the store was not overly crowded like other stores so we were taken care of almost right away. He also transferred our photos and contacts from our old phone for us which most stores don't do anymore.

I went in to the store several times and was helped each time. The reason I went in a few times was because my very old phone wasn’t working and each associate tried very hard to fix it for me without trying to sell me a new phone. I was being stubborn and was trying to get my old phone to work again- although both microphone and speakers were out. The folks that work there are great, and I would never go to another Verizon store. Kudos to you guys! Thanks so much.

I recently had to visit 4 separate times due to the nature of my issue and I was immediately taken care of as soon as I walked in the store. Everyone was patient, friendly, and easy to talk to.
