My Phone Competely Crashed And Died Out On Me. A Complete Black Screen. We Went To T-Mobile Yesterday And Tyrell Helped Us The Whole Way Through. Very Professional, Full Of Knowledge, Patient, Able To Multi-Task Since He Was The Only One In The Store, And Tyrell Even Managed To Save Us Some Money On Our Bill Going Forward. Thanks Again For Your Help Tyrell Is A Credit To The T-Mobile Store In Smyrna And The Company As A Whole. Great Customer Service.

Came in to add a line and Vinny was very helpful and hooked me up with a free phone and even gave me home internet to try so I can save money if I switch from Xfinity. Awesome service!

I can't say enough good about the Smyrna TMobile location. After hours of working with the Dover location I decided to try the Smyrna location. There was no long wait time. Jalil was extremely knowledgeable about the product and plans. He was very professional in his demeanor. The staff members who were not working with other customers assisted him with our activation and were set up and out of there in short order. If you need to conduct TMobile business or want to talk to someone about a new service, please check out the Smyrna location of T-Mobile.

Everyone here is super friendly. I have bought 3 phones over the last 2 years from this location and have always left with all of my content transferred and my phone working. They always check my bill to see if i can get a better rate plan. No pushy sales people they actually try to help you find the phone and plan that works for you.

The staff at this T-Mobile store are incredibly kind, patient and eager to help. I highly recommend going to this store for all of your cellular needs. If you're not a T-Mobile customer already, I would suggest switching over to them. They are great.

From out of town, we came into tmobile looking for a new phone and need information on our current jump program. Jacob was incredibly knowledgeable.Although he showed us everything on his computer screen, he very obviously didn't need to refer to the page. He has an awesome personality cutting jokes with us. He didnt push us towards a decision like most tmobile reps would which in turn made us feel more comfortable to buy a phone with him. Which we did! To his bosses he definitely deserves that $1-$2 raise I know you've been thinking about. You dont want to lose this guy! To customers thinking about coming to his location, Jacob is your guy!
