Wendy's

Food was actually really fresh and tasty. Fries are good... Servers are friendly, polite and helpful. They get your order right and quickly. Only thing that was bad was some of the fanta flavors in the gimmicky multi flavor coke fountain machine was empty.

Everything was great I ordered french toast sticks but they didn't have any syrup and they never have orange juice.

Holy smokes they're fast! I brought my soccer team here after a game we had nearby. I always expect it to take about a year when I bring a team to any fast food place. These people got through about 18 of us SO FAST it was crazy! They were super friendly and handled it with ease. I made sure to mention it to the girl at the register. The food was FAST and hot and the dining room was clean. Now if only I didn't have a $75 bill... :-D

The Wendy's on Fort St by Goddard is the best fast-food restaurant downriver. The rest of the Wendy's in the area are a joke not sure how they're so much better but keep it up

There a new Sheriff in town. Well a new Wendy's manager and his name is James, He is kind and values customer service. If you ask for your food to be cooked to order, he makes sure it is done to your specifications. Unlike in the past about 7 or 8 months ago. I stopped going to this location. Because when I would ask my burger cooked fresh. By the time I got to the window it was ready👀👀👀👀👀 Every dang time I would get home meat is dark cheese was hard.I don't understand why they think we can't tell if the meat is freshly cooked. It has a different texture and color and it is HOT. So I started going farther out to the one on Southfield Rd.
But now with JAMES at the Fort St. location I will start going back there. You can tell the difference in the food. Thank you manager James😀

Alot of people say the workers are rude and unprofessional but I heard alot of the customers just being plain disrespectful for no reason other then just being rude. I have treated the workers nicely and respectfully and evrrytime I got treated respectfully and nice. So dont listen to the ones saying the workers are rude. I get better service here then anywhere else

Service is always nice here and fast paced I've never waited long for food unless they had to make a fresh batch which still doesnt take long even though I dont prefer to each much fast food when I do this is at the top of the list of fast food places to eat

The order was correct. The service was very fast. The employees were polite, and my spicy chicken bites were fresh and tender.😸

HOD Staff loves this Wendy’s! Came tonight with a super complicated order and the girl got it down perfectly with NO attitude at all! Super fast service and all the food was fresh 🙏🏼

Surprisingly it was great. I hadn't been to Wendy's in awhile.

They were fast the long line move quickly just make sure you have your money ready love it.

Great place the managers Kenny and mike that's in there have provided me with probably the best coustomer service I have ever experienced in my life at a fast food establishment

Wendy's has the best burgers in town at least you know you're eating real meat and their sandwiches are always fresh fries are always hot and they're always polite to their customers

The employees at this location are awesome aiming to please the customer. Very professional and patient in addition the restaurant was very clean with a clean men restroom too.
