Pivot PT - Smyrna (Gateway North Center)

The entire staff a this Pivot location is amazing! They are personable, and so incredibly helpful! I had a pretty complicated case and they worked endlessly to help develop a plan, change up the plan, add to the plan slowly and ultimately a solution that my neurosurgeon didn’t think was going to happen! There was never a day I arrived that they didn’t make me laugh and enjoy my time spent. I am beyond grateful for them and the help they did with my neck and nerve pain issues in my arm!

Going to try and not make this review a book. I went there after I broke my ankle. I started with Gabby & Brittany.. those ladies were so welcoming and awesome!! They helped me in everyway they could, then it was decided I needed surgery, After my surgery I went back to them of course. I then got Caleb and Britney.. Let me tell you that I felt like family that when it was time for my discharge I may or may have not shed a tear!! Caleb was so knowledgeable and genuine. Brittany is such a gem, she's so funny and spunky! Can't forget Cody front desk receptionist. She was so helpful and very accommodating when they had early openings she always looked out for me.. And when my car broke down she worked with me with later times. I will forever appreciate all you and your Pivot family did for me!! Miss you guys already!! Would definitely recommend this Facility!

I HATE PHYSICAL THERAPY, BUT I LOVE COMING TO THIS PLACE. I truly enjoy the staff at the Smyrna site, they are lively, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately for me, I have been coming here for almost a year now, and every time I walk in the door, I am greeted with smiles, and laughter. They make me feel famous when I walk thru their doors. The staff there seem to really enjoy their job, as well as working with one another, which also contributes to a light atmosphere, which I appreciate. When I first starting coming to pivot Steve was my physical therapist, he was great, now Erin is the p.t. and I thoroughly enjoy her as my care giver. She is very detailed in explaining procedures, as well as muscle functions. Her bedside manner is always on point, as well as her professionalism. They are a great team in the Smyrna office, and I hope nothing ever changes that, because they are the only reason I continue to be consistent with my p.t. appointments. Brittany, Josh, Nicole, and Erin, keep up the great work, you make that Smyrna office worth coming to.

I had a great experience so far. I've improved up to 50% from my initial evaluation and I still have a few weeks to go. Erin, my therapist is really good at what she does and the staff is very considerate. I've been very happy with Pivot and would definitely recommend them.

I relocated from New York, after having a stroke, I needed a therapist and I found a great one at Pivot on Stadium St. Not only my main therapist, Steven, but the whole staff from the front door to the back. They are thorough and supportive, physically and for my self esteem. My hat goes off to the best team ever, Steven, Brittany, Josh and Nicole.

Absolutely a better experience than I ever thought physical therapy could be. Erin was very knowledgeable while also being patient and kind. She really seemed to care about my recovery. 10/10 would recommend her and pivot to a friend

Erin is the light of my life. She helped me to heal from a chronic ankle injury that had been plaguing me for years. I'm so thankful for her kind spirit and can-do-it attitude. Was an absolute joy to go there every week!

Erin M is an amazing practitioner. I was suffering from neck pain and headaches. I had one treatment and felt significantly better. It’s lasted for years! Her knowledge is incredible! I would recommend her time and time again.

I have been to pivot two times in the past two years. First was for a torn rotator cuff, second time for lower back into upper leg pain. Erin I believe is the one who made almost all of the pain go away. The exercises she gave me to do I believe made all the difference. All the staff at this site are unbelievably nice and friendly. The staff works together more like family then coworkers. I would not hesitate to go back for any therapy needed.

My 10 year old son injured his ankle while at school. Not knowing where to go for PT. I was referred by Nichole the FOC. The staff at Pivot were absolutely AMAZING. They were professional, flexible and hands-on. The environment was welcoming and inviting for all age groups. My son thoroughly enjoyed going for his session during the week which made me feel at ease as a parent. I highly recommend PIVOT in Smyrna for all PT services.

Erin M exudes professionalism and knowledge. It’s amazing how after just one session my mobility dramatically changed for the better. Whoever her superior is should give this Woman a raise. My whole experience was absolute magic!!!

The staff made me feel right at home as soon as I stepped inside. They had positive attitudes ALL THE TIME, smiling, laughing, being polite, etc., never a dull moment. I recommend this branch to everyone.
