Starbucks

Grateful for a Starbucks to be located in town, and what a wonderful team to serve the community coffee. This location is often busy but it’s well worth the wait. They empathize with customers when they’re not having a great day, and try their best to turn their days around.

This particular location has the most hardworking and dedicated employees. I've watched them handle a huge crowd of customers that suddenly streamed in on the cold Saturday morning after a large community event. They did an awesome job handling an overwhelming amount of orders, they maintained their positive attitude and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Very nice staff. They just opened! I am always excited for new business in Waunakee! My drink was made correctly even though I had a few mods.

10/10 service the people were too nice I was a little scared. But other then that made my drink super yummylishis. Would deff want to work here.😫😘

Employees are very nice. Coffee is expensive but good. The app is a convenient way to order so by the time you arrive your order is ready and already paid for. However the food is ridiculous. My mozz/tomato sandwich had one tiny piece of mozzarella on one end, and sparse other toppings. Its mostly bread and not even good bread. Very, very poor.

Love Starbucks and what a beautiful location but please do something about the flies. We had to leave when we really didn't want to because they are so bad inside the store.

I, like many others, was very excited for a Starbucks to finally be opening in my town. It has been nothing but dissatisfaction and disappointment over and over. The staff is nice, but not knowledgeable about the menu or ingredients. The wait times are ridiculous and the most frustrating part is that quite often, the store is closed (but the app says they are open) or the lobby is closed, forcing you to go through the drive-through. This is never updated on the app. It is always just a sign on the door. Starbucks has really become the McDonalds of coffee and the experience is not worth the price they charge.

what happened? when you opened this summer, you were fast and efficient. i went into the store as the drive line was too long and waited about 20 minutes for my 2 piece order. then the drink was forgotten and i had to wait again. there was not a line in doors. seems too long to wait for an iced tea... think i’ll go to the nearby Kwiktrip for my morning fix. so much hope

Ordered over 40 min ago still waiting for our drinks. No food, just drinks. Waited 11 min for someone to help us at the window because we started to worry we were at the wrong location with the wait time and the app saying it would be ready 20 minutes ago. Come to find out we were “the next few stickers”. Customers were canceling orders and leaving. They need more staff or more experienced staff. (Only 2 drinks)

Seriously when you first opened you were fast and efficient. Now I watch as I pull up to the window multiple times you say that staff is making my order (yet it's sitting on the counter) the cashier at the window walks away for a couple minutes and comes back and grabs it to hand it to me. It's ridiculous how much it appears you purposely slow down the line!

The staff is amazing and polite and helpful but you guys need to set a cap on how many mobile orders you can accept at once. I ordered 2 drinks and waited 25 minutes until I ultimately cancelled my order, I counted and at one point there were 32 people in the lobby waiting on drinks. The staff were overwhelmed and being harassed by frustrated customers and that's not fair to them. Do better.

Horrible service! 35 minutes in the drive thru for an order placed on the app. Had to tell them 3 times what my order was. Missing extra shot that was paid for. Breakfast sandwich missing the bacon... Also paid for. Worst starbucks location in the area!! So disappointing.

Very friendly staff, but both drinks that we got (strawberry refresher and vanilla sweet cream cold brew) were terrible, the strawberry refresher had barely any flavor and the sweet cream was just bad in general.
