Ace Hardware

I stopped into Ace to pick up a bag of potting soil. Seeing how *very* pregnant I am, the clerk offered to carry the bag out to my car for me. It was very unexpected but appreciated! I’ll definitely be returning!

Great place to get odds and ends without having to drive to the big box and at reasonable prices.

I’ve always had good luck here over the years. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked. Today they helped me load a heavy snow blower into my truck in the rain.

Very helpful team of folks. The checkout is always very fast, they have 2 lanes. They have a large selection. Prices are a bit higher than the big box stores, but when you just need a couple of items, doesn't pay to drive 20 minutes to get a little lower price.

The folks at Ace in Waunakee are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a Weber grill from them. They delivered it set up to my home in the country. It was a little out of their delivery zone but they did it anyway free of charge. And a free refill of propane.

This store and the entire staff is so awesome. I have gone here countless times to fix countless situations and every staff member I've encountered has been so helpful and friendly. It's just amazing to have people you can count on when you need help.

This is a fantastic hometown hardware store! They've got just about anything you could need, and thanks to their Ace Hardware affiliation, can order just about anything else, and you don't even have to leave Waunakee! Also, try the Ace brand products - most are great quality and considerably cheaper.

Good selection, lacking some common building items. Prices are high on some items, but they can't buy direct like a big box store can. Helpful staff and a quick stop when needed.

Although prices are kinda high, it is easy in a pinch. Also staff are decent people who know a lot about the store they work at.
