Walgreens

I received immunizatoons today at the Waunakee Walgreens. Everyone was very professional and efficient. I overheard staff asking each other what they can do to help. They seemed like an excellent team. There were a couple customers who needed additional help. The staff were patient and kind with them.

Very helpful pharmacy staff. They work very hard, but are understaffed. Please be kind, they’re doing their best.

Karen (pharmacist) has gone above and beyond on every odd request, and has contacted both Dr. and insurance without me having to ask (saving me money and time). The rest of the staff is always on point, I never have to wait long. It is nice to see this high level of customer care when so many others struggle to get it right.

I have a lot of fun with your friendly staff. I mess when alot too. I'm etsort of a camedian, so I make their day a little better! It's FUN!

The staff is very helpful and I absolutely love that the pharmacists take the time to work with my insurance to get the best coverage for my medications.

We really like this store compared to the others. Generally nice, well trained staff and a great pharmacy. The bad was yesterday while waiting to register for a booster shot we happened to look down to see how dirty the floor was, especially where it meets the wall. This place really needs a deep clean!

Good service and helpful staff. Overall, very satisfied with this Walgreens.

The whole Walgreens brand needs to step it up a bit.
