I have bought numerous lots without issue over the years from this auction house. However, this latest issue is inexcusable. Recently, I bought a lot from one of their auctions. A couple of items that were in the pictures were missing from the lot when I received it in the mail. In fact, the two missing items were my entire reason for buying the lot. (See the pic of the lot.) I contacted Brady about the situation. He said he would reach out to the shipper and see what happened and get back to me. I never heard back. I've emailed him numerous times since, and I haven't gotten a response. I won't be a customer of anymore of their auctions.
