I have family who have lived at the Waterford for over 6 years and I visit often. We have been very pleased with the complex and the management. The complex is lovely and well maintained. The apartment has a nice floor plan with plenty of room and the apartments all have porches which is a nice feature. The management / maintenance team is always very nice and responsive.

I do not live there, but I want to one day when it's my turn. I've been out there a couple times. It's always nice, clean and peaceful. The staff was is amazing and friendly. Even giving bad news was done nicely lol. My heart was broken, but ill just have to wait longer to get into my dream place at The Waterford! 🥺🥺 That's how great these properties are and maintained. They are just fabulous! I know there's others that feels just like I do, and have to wait to get into this wonderful community also. So, I'm not going to be jealous of all the people that goes before me and that's there now living fabulous in my community! 🤥🤥😂🤣 And, I'm going to share this post to let others know how great of a place The Waterford Community is. Which will make more people apply lol. But if it's meant for me to be out there I will get out there when it's my time. Apply there and enjoy a beautiful home in a great community with awesome management and staff! That's what I have observed! But again I am not a resident! I just want to be one eventually, as you should too!!

Love the options offered on the web site, and my wife and I took a drive thru the property and the grounds upkeep was great love the look of the homes can't wait for my number to be called

This is a wonderful place to live, neighbors are friendly and the staff are caring plus the homes are well attended by by the maintenance department.
