What a delightful discovery! This charming spot boasts an impressive array of house-crafted teas and a diverse coffee selection. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with a blackened chicken wrap that left a lasting flavor, a three-cheese grilled cheese accompanied by delectable potato leek soup, and a generously portioned "Baby, It's Bacon" salad that looked absolutely tempting.

The drink choices were equally satisfying, featuring a standout pumpkin spiced iced latte, a raven tea iced to perfection, and a captivating "Murmade Changer" with a splash of lemonade. The sweet treats were the perfect finale, with a devoured blueberry donut and highly recommended chocolate muffins. Best coffee and cafe in Dover! And in my top 3 of everywhere I’ve been! Coffee is a great flavor and not too weak but also not bitter! Food is all homemade and excellent, and the portion sizes are well worth it as well!! The people are definitely some of the nicest and most helpful people you’ll meet! I got a the breakfast burrito and definitely the biggest breakfast burrito I’ve had, plus it was delicious, wife got the chicken salad sandwich on some bread that I can’t remember but I think they sourced it locally, but it was huge and absolutely delicious as well!!!

Went in on a whim to try something new and found an absolute gem with this cafe. Everything was delicious and the ladies working here are just as sweet as their baked goods. It was so good I had to come back the same day for more. To make it even better they have an extensive list of sugar free syrups which is always hard to find. I highly recommend coming here and look forward to my next visit!

Amazing service and food from Ms. Kathy @ K&S Cafe . She has a wide coffee and tea selection. My Mocha frap was absolutely delicious and extremely well priced . I got the Potato Leek soup and had it loaded with bacon and cheese as well as a ham and cheese croissant. She is environmentally friendly with her drink and takeout containers and the produce is locally sourced. She has gluten free options and several options for even the pickiest of kids. The free delivery within 10 miles was just a cherry on top of this wonderful new addition to Dover .

I LOVE this place. I’ve had the hot bacon salad, the spring strawberry salad, and today i had the MANGO TANGO and it was 🔥!!! I always get the large and easily smash every bite. 🤤🤤

The owner is super cool and always friendly, and her fresh food is the best!! I’ve been dying for a place with healthier options to come to our small town, and she definitely has a forever customer in me. ♥

Love this place. I go as often as I can. I travel a lot and it’s hard to find great coffee. I am blessed to have this place near me. The food is amazing as well. Add that with the owners and staff makes it hard not to go more than once a week.

Love the atmosphere! Greeted with kindness and a smile as soon as we walked in! Offer multiple options for my kiddos and was patient with my little girl when she couldn’t decide what she wanted. Made a suggestion and it was absolutely tasty! Strawberry frozen lemonade and Reece’s Frappe was big hit for us. Will be visiting again real soon!

I come to Dover every few months and this is always a spot I have to go in. Best coffee roast in town. Friendliest owner and staff, makes you feel like you’re talking to a friend. Always ready to make suggestions and tell you about their 100% home made food and goodies. The lattes are made with a quality syrup and they have so many options. The servings are so generous and the food is PHENOMENAL. The chicken salad is the best I’ve ever had. The breakfast wraps are huge and delicious. You can tell the amount of love this lady has for her business. A must visit in Dover.

We decided to stop by this cafe on our way back home to Indianapolis, and I got to tell you, we were blown away. We had the Tomatoe and Basil soup and Monte Cristo -- omg, it was so good!!

The coffee was also outstanding, and I'm sorry Starbucks, but this little cafe in downtown Dover put you guys to shame. The owners, Kathy and Stephen, were a delight and so good to us! I highly recommend this place whether you live in the area or just passing through.

This is the perfect small town coffee shop! The service and hospitality are amazing. K&S is a favorite place for my wife and I.

I’m here at least once a week drinking their peanut butter coffee. Absolutely delicious drink, I usually have it gone by the time I get out of the parking lot. They are always so kind and my kids love to come in and get their muffins. Everyone in there has always treated my children with kindness even when they are getting muffin and hand prints everywhere. Very pleased with this cafe and hope to try their food soon. I’ve heard the tomato and basil soup is DELICIOUS!

K&S Cafe is awesome. The food is great. Look at this omelet we just got. The people are friendly and service is quick.

I ordered the Cuban and the Spring Fling salad. They were both amazing but I could eat the salad every day. It was delicious.

My husband, Dad, and I were visiting Dover from our hometown of Cincinnati. We stopped at K&S twice and fell in love with it. The owner explained she has the coffee imported from Alaska, as the beans are not bitter. You can definitely tell the coffee is great quality! The food was also amazing. We greatly enjoyed everything about this cafe and will be back if we’re ever in town again.

I go to k and s cafe once a week and love the place,we love that they have a large variety of coffee and sugar free coffees, There coffees have a lot of flavor and made to your liking,They have Christmas flavors now elf on a shelf,dirty Santa and many more,All good,I love her hot muffins right out of the oven,The pumkin is my favorite,They delivery is fast and you don’t even have to leave work,My favorites are the chicken salad sandwiches,tomato Basil soup and potato leek soup,The BLT is what I order the most,It’s very good,The cafe is very clean and the staff is very nice,It’s great to park by barber and go and have a nice homemade lunch and grab some coffee,I hope to see you there,They also have gluten free items too if you need to eat gluten free you can enjoy there wonderful food,I really like this cafe my favorite in Clarksville,Dover area,

The owner was friendly and helpful. She and another employee recommended a delicious drink that quickly became my new favorite. I had a Monte Cristo sandwich that was the BEST I've ever had in my life... and the homemade Tomato Basil soup was AMAZING! I am not local, but it is my new favorite place to eat in TN.I can't wait for my next trip because there were so many other delicious looking things in the menu that I need to try.

Oh my gosh this place is amazing! The coffee is simply the best and so many amazing flavors to choose from especially if you are like me and love options. Their takeout containers are all compostable. I highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich with cranberry spread. It's so yummy and the BLT is HUGE

Every time I go in there, Kathy (co owner) treats me with a smile and makes me feel comfortable while busily getting my order ready. Love the chai tea! Her lunches are great tasting and the portions are huge.
