Starbucks

Especially on a cloudy & rainy day, Starbucks is absolutely necessary. My favorite iced coffee right now is Oleato Golden Foam Shaken Expresso!

They are very nice. I didn't have the $0.35 to make my order, he paid for it himself.

I only come here once or twice a month. I buy Starbucks coffee beans, grind them and prepare them in a French press. If I run out of beans or I'm in a hurry, then I stop in and get an iced coffee. The last time they gave me a little sample of a fruity drink with foam on top. It was really good. I think it was called a Sunrise...or Sunset...Sun'swet, maybe?!? Free samples slap...even if they don't slap!!!

These people are always kind and helpful. Even when I don't know what I want, even when I don't know how to use the app😁 , or when I forget to say "light ice"! I always leave happy!

I don't feel the need for a Starbuck's very often, but this facility has to be the most spacious one I have ever walked in to. Just an observation. 😁

Always a friendly voice when you order, their patient and kind. So far, orders have always been correct. Excellent coffee!

Love this Starbucks store! I’m here almost every morning picking up coffees for myself and employees. It’s very clean and the employees are always professional. Employee Josh who works there is always welcoming, makes you feel like he has known you for years and genuine! I’m so glad Salem, Ohio has a Starbucks location now!

I really am glad to have a Starbucks in Salem, closer to where I am located, however, my friend’s Starbucks drink took 45+ minutes. Mine was out in about 5 minutes, we ordered at the same time and the queue was empty along with the drive thru.

Regular customer here, as a long time supporter and customer at starbucks, out of every location i’ve visited or ordered from, I can confidently say that i’ve had the privilege to experience the most outstanding and efficient service at the Salem location. Every single team member and manager is considerate, quick, and effective to their guests and working together to ensure an authentic and fulfilling experience every single time. I’ve never had a problem with this location despite other stores lacking the small details. The store is always clean, stocked, and prepared for service for starbie lovers like myself. I’ve gone to starbucks locations in Florida, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and countless other parts of the states and this store really sets an unbelievable bar and record. You all are amazing, keep up the good work and keep being you. ❤☕

Best drinks I’ve ever got at Starbucks! I regularly go to the Canfield, Poland, and Austintown locations. Today was my first time at the Salem location. It’s now my favorite one. The staff was very friendly and fast… the inside is clean… and the drinks are perfect.

Got 2 iced coffees that tasted wonderful and some tasty vanilla bean scones that were soft and tasted fresh. Staff are doing a wonderful job. Can't wait to go back!

Natalee M you really should pull that stick out. However for opening week this location is doing amazing! They can't help the supply shortage they receive for an overwhelming opening weekend. Good job to these employees for putting up with these one star Natalees 😂

For just starting out its really not bad. The staff was super friendly and I really haven't waited that long for anything I've ordered. Will definitely be going back :)

I've been looking forward to having a Starbuck's here for a long time. I'm going to be a frequent flyer. The prices aren't expensive and parking at other Starbuck's isn't that great.
