We’ve had great experiences with this company. Called in July when a/c went out - they were here the next morning and fixed the issue quickly! Just received a bi-annual service completed by Rob. He was very knowledgeable and thorough during the service - went above and beyond! Highly recommend this group for your hearing/cooling needs!!!

We’ve used Sandpiper Heating and Air to service our HVAC system for many years. Without exception, we’ve been very pleased with each tech that has come to our home. They’ve all been extremely knowledgeable and professional. I’d highly recommend them for your heating and air needs.

This is my first experience with Sandpiper and I couldn't be happier. I came home yesterday from a day trip to find the A/C not workint. We made it through the night and called Sandpiper at 8am. Sydney helped set us up as a customer. She said someone will call before arriving and we should expect a call before 3pm. Steven called at 8:45am, showed up 10 minutes later, found the problem quickly and replaced the required part. We were headed to the beach by 9:30. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sandpiper!

I can not begin to sing the praises for Phillip and Sandpiper. We have a home warranty that we purchased and thought we would get piece of mind when our AC went out. We have been experiencing a reoccurring issue and after two visits from the company they used, nothing was resolved. We called Sandpiper to come to our rescue. Phillip showed up and began diagnosing our issue which lead to two other issues which should have been addressed when our problems started. Phillip was undeterred in taking the time to figure out what what wrong. He was patient with my incessant questions and found the multiple issues we had going on. Thank you Sandpiper and thank you Phillip. My wife is happy again😁

Sandpiper is the best. Professional, reliable and their techs are very knowledge. Had a new HVAC, mini-split and new duct work installed by them very pleased. If you are having trouble with your system they are right there to resolve it. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Sandpiper is the best! I called at 10:30 AM on a Sunday because our unit wasn't cooling. Within one hour, technician Ben came and replaced the condenser that burned out. He finished quickly and was done at 11:45 AM. Sandpiper is truly an example of how all HVAC companies should be. Prompt and professional service even on a Sunday! A+++

Sandpiper did a great job of upgrading my HVAC system. The price was fair and the service was prompt. The technicians were very clean and efficient and did a great job with the installation, and, did it in less time than was initially predicted. I would recommend them to anyone!

I can’t say enough good about my first experience with Sandpiper. I called after hours on a Friday evening and left a message. Within minutes Kyle called back. We weren’t completely down, so Kyle said someone would call first thing Saturday. Shane called shortly after 8 and said his ETA was 10 minutes. Shane was very thorough. Turns out our system just needed some tweaks to boost its performance. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Sandpiper and, in particular, Shane. (I hope I got his name right. I see the invoice shows his name as Shamus. In any event, he was great)

Very courteous over the phone when making appointment, technician was on time ,very knowledgeable and was considerate to our problem. The repair was completed in a timely manner and am very satisfied with service and cost. Also signed up for their service contact. They are a locally family owned business, We will be recommending to anyone who inquires for HVAC sevice

Stephen M. Came out first thing this morning and diagnosed our HVAC issues and completed the repairs very expeditiously. Sandpiper restored our home to a very comfortable temperature again! Thanks much to Dave the Service Manager and Stephen the technician for a job well done!

Can't imagine for the life of me how there is a 4.9! I would give you guys 10 gold stars if I could! Hit a home run finding this company I am a customer for life! My AC quit last night, I called this morning around 8:00 am it is now 12:14 PM and I'm writing this review. Not only did their Tech Philip Arrive when they said he would he was very courteous and a true pro! He got right to work diagnosed the problem pulled the whole blower out and replaced the motor reassembled and has me up and running. Also the cost was very reasonable! Keep up the great work guys Thank you Philip and Thank you Sandpiper!

Had H/P unit installed by Sandpiper 2016 and maintained 2x a year by them ever since. Great service setting up appointments from office and by technicians performing inspections. Alexander was by today and explained all he did and answered any questions I had.....gave my unit 5 stars review. I give all the those employed at Sandpiper 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s also.

This company is a gem! Very hard to find honest and competent contractors these days to perform residential services. This is one of the best companies that we deal with for work in our home. We would give 6 stars if we could!

My system was serviced today by Alex. Alex was very professional and extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained any issues and remedies. Sandpiper employees never cease to amaze me. In my opinion they are the BEST !

Switching my HVAC company to Sandpiper was one of the best decisions I've made. I recently had the have my compressor moved and sandpiper made the job easy. The price was reasonable and I was able to schedule both the removal and the re-install in a short time frame. The people in the office have always been friendly and helpful and the installers polite and knowledgeable.

I needed emergency service on Sunday as the AC would not work and our guests were upset. I called and received prompt and excellent service from the Tech (Austin). He showed up early and quickly resolved the problem and got my AC working again. Hats off to Sandpiper HVAC!
