The cleanest and coziest Dunkin around with a large sitting area off to the side.

Went here at 0830 on a Wednesday. Everything was working well with their social distancing process. About 6 other customers in the store and everyone was able to place their orders and pick up their orders without hesitation. Seemed like a well oiled machine. It's a challenge to drive into the parking lot if you are approaching from the east, as you have to cross a busy lane of traffic, otherwise it's better than other Dunkin Donuts locations

Very clean, friendly staff.

I walked into Dunkin donuts. I ordered a medium brown sugar cold brew with no foam and they gave me exactly that. They were very friendly.

Love the app and the staff are so friendly and always remember your order. A regular and they always do their best to get you in and out as fast as possible. The staff makes this place

I ordered pickup. Granted it was VERY early in the morning, but the food and coffee were tasty. My new go to DD.

Staff are quite friendly, also, they move fast, never really crowded, (I go between 7:00-7:45am, I like DDs more than Starbucks, but that's just me.

This partcular place in Springfield, NJ, is my favorite one. It is very clean. The staff are friendly and prompt with the service. Food is always fresh. Keep up the good work.

Very good, fast, and friendly. Just made menu a bit smaller than most stores. Old mugs last a long time. Hoping new plastic mugs come out.

The store is 24/7. I come here during the night shift to get coffee and snacks for myself and my coworkers. The staff is very nice and patient. Never had any issues.

It is inconceivable one can travel more than two miles in NJ and not stumble upon a DD

This particular store, located on the borders of Springfield and Millburn, is the flagship store within five miles, which contains perhaps twenty store choices.

For the following reasons :

1. It has the largest eating area, about a 600 s.f. area, separate from the ordering area.

2. It is spotlessly clean

3. The owner treats his workers humanely, resulting in an amiable and attentive staff. Often the customers and staff are on a first-name basis

The CS is as good overnight as it is during the day. I have worked graveyard shifts; it is not easy keeping one's enthusiasm up all night

I am very grateful for this DD, and travel five miles to get to it, bypassing closer locations for the reasons noted above. I have made extensive use of their free WiFi and try to reciprocate by contributing to their tip jar.

I hope my comments will alert others to this unique and exceptional franchise location, and that others will support it.

Final note: it's also a favorite stopping point for the police departments in all the surrounding jurisdictions.

P.s. because the entrance is perpendicular to the street, it is easy to miss. Approaching west, if you see STS tire, The Paper Pedlar or ShopRite, you passed it! When you see Scotti's, slow down.

the staff is amazing. So friendly they make you feel like family. Always a big smile and so nice.

It is a nice place to study and do homework. It's also great that it is conjoined with Baskin Robin. The employees are friendly even when it gets late.

Good location and it's connected to a Baskin Robbins so you can get two cravings in one place! The inside is what you'd expect from any other Dunkin' in the North Jersey area so 5 stars!

I love this baskin Robbin here. Inside is nice and spacious too. Plus 24 hours which is great.

There is a lady there who makes my coffee just the way I want it. I drink coffee everyday and she is better than all the workers in the whole company according to my standard and she right by my 🏠.

The people here are so nice! I go to Dunkins all over and this is one of my favorites. Love the seating area too.

Very friendly staff. Make you feel special. Of course I love the coffee and chocolate chip cookies.
