Arby's

Came in late 9pm small staff of 3 but one was leaving they all greeted us as we came in they were every polite. The restaurant was clean, food was amazing. They even fixed what I messed up with out saying a word cause I just assumed all chicken sandwiches come with mayo they don't. Keep us entertained while waiting on our food answering question we had about the area. Will definitely be coming back here.

Ordered French dip and curly fries.Sandwich was exceptional and all food was hot. Hats off to the crew.

Place nice and clean. Service was great, cooked my curly-fries just like I wanted them, and my greek gyro was yummy!

The atmosphere and food of this Arby's on Highway 51 is above par in every aspect. The service is fast and efficient, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food mostly looks like it does on the menu pictures. The restaurant is clean and has been kept that way since it opened. There are very few times that you go to a fast food restaurant and get this level of commitment, and I have had many visits to this locale and have yet to be disappointed. If more businesses could emulate what these people are doing, they would enjoy more happy repeat customers. Try the Wagyu Burger, it is fabulous!

The food is always good and the manager makes you feel welcome. She’s amazing with my son who has special needs. It makes things so much easier for us. I highly recommend this Arby’s.

Food was good. Service was just ok. The server said nothing. He handed the handed me a drink and the bag of food and closed the window.

Really good food. Enjoyed the cheddar and beef! I wasn’t asked for sauce and didn’t receive any either. The quality of the food though was amazing!

It was good. Food was on point. Fries and poppers were fresh out the fryer. Customer service was decent, which is saying a lot these days. 2nd trip in 3 days, first time was for lunch before work. We were not disappointed at all on either visit.

Love this place!!!! The manager Michael is the sweetest person ever and the team as well!! In the middle of me placing my order over the speaker my car began to smoke I had no idea what was going on but Michael heard the panic in my voice and immediately rushed outside to rescue us along with a few other team members. We were locked inside the car due to it completely shutting down and going out!!! I really was fearing for my children and I lives until I looked up and he was there literally as if he was a hero. Idk how but he managed to free us from my vehicle which was stuck at their ordering speaker!!! My children were panicking and crying however Michael and his team made them very comfortable by welcoming us to sit inside until help arrived. I feel if I was anywhere else they wouldn’t have cared at all so I really appreciate and thank God for the beautiful caring very respectful young ladies and gentlemen they have running this location. It was a night to remember and I will never run out of thank you’s for them. They did not have to help me but those beautiful people possibly saved my life and all of my children lives. Again thank you all!!! You all have the perfect person in charge and the perfect team to follow!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Hands down the best drive thru service in Millington! The employees are always super nice and my food is always perfect. You never have to remind them to give you napkins 🙂 and the line moves quickly. It's the little things they do that makes you want to come back again. The food is awesome too!

Good food, good service. I had the fish sandwich combo and chocolate milkshake. Gennifer took my order, she was friendly and took time to answer my questions. The fish sandwich was great and the fries were just the right temp. The shake was more chocolatey than other fast food places have, it also had whipped cream and chocolate syrup on top. I'll definitely go back.

I always enjoy Arby's, who doesn't!?! However, what really topped the experience today was the absolutely delightful staff. They are what almost every customer service business is missing nowadays - great customer service with great attitudes! Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience.

Who knew that had chicken strips!!! We we know now and they are GOOD! Super quick, courteous and friendly. They even put the sauces and condiments in a fry container. This should be the training center for Arby's.

Millington location always fast, hot, & fresh. Great customer service in drive thru. My godson is now a new employee there...says he really likes his new job. Will be a returning customer & make suggestions to my customers & colleagues to patronize this location.

Fast. Friendly. Tasty. Chain restaurant in the area that hasn't done me wrong. Some days I feel like having a turkey swiss, others a French dip.
