First time ever I walked into Lowe’s in Millington and was greeted very professionally by Shaundra who gave me information about the wood cutting area and I went around and met with William immediately who cut my wood to perfection! William too was very professional and made my visit perfect!!!

Had a return. Receipt on phone wouldn't ring up. Cashier put in my card. Scanned merchandise. Refund back on card. Simple. Great attitude from cashier. No hassle.

I came in looking for a fridge due to having to return the one that was delivered damage from a different lowes store. Felicia was able to assist me when I needed the fridge quickly since the damaged one was going to get picked up soon. I was very happy how Felicia was attentive with my needs and concerns. Thanks again Felicia!

This lowes is one of the cleaner ones . Well organized and well staffed. Can't go wrong here. They are fully stocked and ready to rock.

Jason Hardiman helped me and told me what to do over the phone. My disabled military husband went to pay for them. Jason loaded them to a cart then onto our truck. We were very impressed with our experience. Great job Jason!

All of the workers were friendly, the store was clean, and someone helped us find an item. Also, they do a free kids workshop once a month and kids can build a different toy/item and they get a Lowe's apron.

So my mother and I went to the Millington Lowes with her having a clear idea of what to find, but no idea where to look. She needed a a laser level for marking the wall to hang pictures, and after looking in the same area with the T Squares and Liquid Levels, we couldn't find it. She was about to give up when I did a search using my phone, and the Lowes web page came to the rescue. Not only did the website list the product she was looking for, but it also offered up the number they had in stock, along with exactly where to find it. The aisles and even bins were marked and stocked with attention to accuracy, and we quickly found it. In just a brief three minutes, we had the item and were on our way. More on-site and website design should mirror what Lowes has going on here. If they did, they would have far happier shoppers. I am looking at you, Walmart... your system is about as helpful as an enemy.

It's easy to navigate, the clerks always want to help, and it's a great hardware store. What else is there to say!

They usually are fully stocked and have everything you need. But they need to update their light fixtures and fans.

The store is set up so it is very easy to find whatever you need. The associates are very helpful & friendly.

I went there lookingk for battery operated or rechargeable fans I found a fan that said AC plug or USB. So I found someone who worked there and ended up having a bunch of people help me look once they found out I was looking for them to bring back to Louisiana since we won't have power for about a month. I am so thankful for you guys today.

Everytime I have gone in and need help at this location I have gotten good customer service. It might take me a minute to find someone but when I do they always seem to be very knowledgeable and willing to help. This makes me keep coming back.

I went in looking for play sand for my sons sandbox and William in Lumber today went above and beyond to help me locate the correct sand the one I went in looking for could not be located until he took the initiative to start scanning barcodes until he located the correct sand which happened to be packaged differently. He was patient and super helpful! His other coworker Jorge also stepped in and helped. William taped up all the bags that had holes for me and even offered a discount since some of them were "damaged." After all said and done he even offered to help me load them into my car. I've always had pleasant experiences with Lowes but today specially! Thank you to the two men who helped me!!

Great help at this location the lady went to the back to check if they had the mower wanted in stock

I needed a shovel handle came in walking through the garden entrance ask the cashier and she looked up on the her phone where location was, it very helpful to find what I need in a big store

Daryl in the flooring department gave us all the help we needed to lay the flooring down for beginners. Very nice lady that made us a priority and even boosted my confidence in finishing the floors saying if I can do this I know you can. Thank you again Daryl!

Everyone was so nice and helpful . Holley in flooring especially and an oriental lady that signed me up for a new Lowe's card, William Wisener in windows and doors . Everyone very helpful and knowledgeable.

Great selection of outdoor plants and building materials. Building materials and household goods.

Also they have a military discount at the register. Merica!

I got a second hand dryer there. It is working great!!! Angel needs a raise!!! I called and told her what I needed and she told me about the dryer. I got a great deal and they will fix it if it. They will take away the old dryer but make sure that you follow up. They have a problem with communication with this. Make sure you talk to a manager. It cost extra but worth it.
