Today I had the best double cheeseburger I've had in awhile. If they always made it like it was today I'd go so much more. Most of the time they cheet you and give you a Mcdouble instead of a double cheeseburger. Not this location but McDonald's in general

Is it just me or has the quality of food raised a bit with McDonald's lately? The service is still super slow in New Richmond though. Atmosphere, eh. Just go through the drive through.

Service has really improved in the last few months as well as the quantity of food. Hope these changes stay and that yes employees are being recognized for the changes! Will for sure be back here more often:)

They are short staffed here right now but I know the employees have to hear old boring stories from a clubs of older gentlemen that frequent the location. That takes steel 5 stars

Patron this establishment frequently. Crew is always friendly. Drive thru is always quick and the food is always correct and hot! Good job guys!

Went in with BOGO coupon's and they had ran out of quarter pounder meat. The manager overrode it and substituted another sandwich for us! Very clean, courteous service and decent value for fast food.
