Friendly staff and quick service. Usually little to no wait and postal workers are quick to process requests.

We've only lived here 3 months. Was expecting important papers from an attorney that never arrived. Had the attorney track the package 9 days later and learned the mail lady attempted to deliver a week earlier, but no one was home to sign. No notice was left in my mailbox, no second attempt was ever made. I called the P.O. and they had the package there. Not even an apology for the lack of doing their job. Now I just found out online that a small package from Amazon was not delivered because the mailperson "had no access" which makes NO sense. Funny, a mailman made it down our driveway to deliver a different package the following day and we certainly had no problem going down our driveway. Very frustrating...

The driver never wants to get out and put my packages on my porch. I was home all day and they never even stopped just said attempted to deliver packages but ran into an issue. Didn't leave a slip or anything. It's ridiculous. The ups drivers and fed ex driver's never have this issue do so why does the mail service?

I waited a week for my package and they did not put it I'm my mailbox. I called the post office and told them and they told me they would call me as soon as my package got back there and I could come pick it up as I did .and when I got to the post office they told me they already returned it to the sender after telling me they would let me know it was back there now I have to wait two more weeks for a important package cause of there lies and poor workers .I never had these problem in Cincinnati Post Offices .

They wanna say that something is arriving today in the mail and then it doesn't arrive and they wanna say that it hasn't even arrived at their office. And that I'm lying and they never told us its arriving. With major atitude at that. So now I have a stolen package that arrived to them but they no longer have to in their possession because they claim the didnt get it even tho the tracking number led straight to them

We just moved to New Richmond and this post office is horrible. They are liars. We waited for a package (2 day delivery) and on the 3rd day they said they tried to deliver package but no access. We were home. No locks or hoops to jump thru. They lied . They did not try to deliver. Called them and they could have cared less. Too bad we pay salaries to people That do not care to do their jobs! Places need to ship fed-ex or ups.
