I was a little wary because of the low ratings, but my experience was pleasant!
They seem to he a touch understaffed, but I waited at the counter for someone to come out of the back for a minute at the longest. The gentleman that took my package and scanned my shipping label code was an absolute gem, very polite and personable. It's about 50 miles out of the way for me to make this my main post office(I was on a day trip and it was conveniently located near one of my stops) but if I lived much closer I'd definitely return whenever I needed to ship something.

I had medication I usually pick up at the VA hospital shipped to me without my knowledge. I missed signing for them. I went over and they were able to get them to me 2 hours later. They went above and beyond.

My wife, child and i went here yesterday to apply for our passports. I have to say we were nervous do to the ignorant employees at the Middletown post office. Well MIA waited on us and it was the most pleasant experience. She is very good at her job with a great personality. Thank you MIA again! We will be going here for now on from Middletown! They should have her train the staff in the Middletown office!

Everyone is always very, pleasant. If people would do their homework they would find that they like everyone else is being challenged with Covid issues. My priority mail took 5 days instead of 3. I'm not mad, because I wasctold the ONLY GUARANTEE is overnight express for $26.95. So people understand they are doing their jobs. Give them a break. Better, yet apply for a job if you can do better. I love this little office

My mail carrier Greg is awesome. The blonde lady, don't know her name that fills in for him once in a while is awesome too. People inside at the counter are nice but why do you need to have exact change sometimes ? Lets do an update. Today was the day to put food at our mailbox for the food collection. Got my mail but the food wasn't picked up. Two bags waiting for pickup . Whats up with that ? I wasn't the only one that didn't have it picked up. Granted , most of the people in the development did not participate so it wasn't like there was alot of non perishable goods to pick up. Count me out for next year .

Very friendly staff members who are very helpful. A great selection of stamps. PO Boxes are available for rent. They also sell lots of different mailing supplies for reasonable prices. Also, they do USA Passports to include photo's. A very nice small town US Post Office.

In the past 5 years, I have only had 1 bad experience with a staff here but she was gone not too long after I made the complaint. Everyone else here are very friendly. Have yet to lose or misplaced any mails.

Never had an issue. Excellent home delivery service and at the p.o. Continued to get my mail forwarded appropriately when I moved.

Always polite and don't talk to ea other when very busy .They give every customer the respect and time needed to be sure all is right . I commend them for there politeness,patience ,& courtesy for all patrons there .. plus long days waiting on us during these times of despair.. thank you
