Starbucks

This review is long overdue. I know this Starbucks has had its challenges with management and staffing over the last few years, but I’ve been coming here for more than six years and I’ve never had an issue with service, speed, or quality.

Just today I made the mistake of pre-ordering a sandwich too soon and so it was out for almost 30 minutes. I went through the drive-through and asked them if they could just microwave the sandwich they had already made and they INSISTED on making me a brand new one. I was so appreciative that I wish I had cash to tip them for their trouble, but I didn’t. I will definitely be sure to come back in the coming days and give them a nice tip for being so great! ❤

I love going here they always make exactly what I want this morning (Saturday, November 11) they took longer but the coffee was beautiful and the service was great!

I love this location! The drinks are amazing and the staff are even better! I love hanging out in the cafe and work or study, its very peaceful

Amazing people!!!! They always make my drinks and my food amazing. They are very busy and also very kind, compassionate, friendly and they have fun at work. When you drive through their drive-through your day will be lifted with fun and encouragement and a good laugh as well. The manager is phenomenal and she has trained some amazing workers. Thank you so much for all you do. Y’all are to be rewarded

Service was VERY SLOW. we placed our order inside, usually that's a personal experience. This location caters to their drove through. Lesson learned. If my local Starbucks were this slow, they'd be closed.

This location needs to update their hours. We went today around 7pm and was waiting for someone to take our order, just to be told they were closed due to short staff. No sign anywhere saying they were closing early and there were cars behind us waiting.

Update: When they’re open, even being short staffed. They gave us 5 star service! Everyone was in a good mood!

I love this location! They always have great, speedy service with familiar faces. The staff even give my dog a pup-cup when we bring her along. This place rocks.

Solid Starbucks location. Have never been disappointed going here. Staff is friendly and polite and very attentive. Worth the stop to get your caffeine fix. They seem to do very well during rushes (morning and after work) as well.

Good, quick service with a clean atmosphere. Parking can be a bit difficult, however. In addition to coffee, they offer an array of wraps and sandwiches for lunch. They carry copies of the Wall Street Journal here, with labels on the newsstand for the New York Times as well as the Omaha World-Herald, however, I did not see any copies available during this trip.

They made my mocha cookie crumble the right way without me having to tell them how to do it. All the other Starbucks forget to put the whipped cream on the bottom but not this place.

Great customer service. I ordered something that had cinnamon in it, and I'm highly allergic to it. They let me change it out with no issues. Also I ordered a drink, it tasted funny. I felt bad asking, but had them remake it. They are wonderful.

Line can be long at times, but they are always super friendly and cool! Ive been there at least 3 times a week for 5 years, they know me and my daughters drink by my voice in the drive thru...gotta love that!!!

I love going to this Starbucks! The people are always so nice and chipper and they put a smile on my face. My orders are always right too. And the Vanilla Cappuccino and Blueberry Muffins are Yum Yummy!

I go to this Starbucks all the time.there is usually a long drive through , but it moves quickly. I've never been inside..but they have outdoor seating with shades. your kind of near traffic sitting outside but you can always go inside.
when I go with my friend I'm going to sit outside this fall and enjoy the weather. Starbucks has all its pumpkin drinks and muffins and scones. All pumpkin.
if you have a starbucks visa you earn double stars per dollar. they have offers going on all the time to earn stars
it's fun to play and get good drinks and food.
a bit pricy.
but you dont have to go there every day.

I have had back problems all my life. It has affected my motivation, my social life, and even my marriage. Me and my husband were on the brink of divorce and I was living in the dumpster behind our apartment for quite some time. One day, I drunkenly wandered into this Starbucks and I was immediately greeted by an employee named Jaxon Norton. He was friendly and handsome. His forehead was not too big even if some people say so. He could see the devastation in my eyes and he knew just what to do. He went into the back and whipped up a secret menu drink that no one had ever seen before. It was an invention of his own design. He must have been a genius because as soon as I took a sip of this mystery drink, my back pain suddenly vanished. And my husband appeared behind me and embraced me with a warm hug. He told me that he loved me and that all was forgiven. Then he looked to Jaxon and said "thank you for everything!" And we walked away happily. Jaxon Norton saved my marriage and my life. Xoxo five stars

The baristas here are always so friendly! Love stopping by this location.

I spend a lot of time and $$$ here on skinny vanilla lattes and skinny mocha double espresso cappuccinos. But I also drink gallons of regular coffee black at home. It's a family trait. My mom had a coffeemaker in her kitchen and one in her bedroom. She should have married Juan Valdez. Does anyone know know if he has a single son or grandson? Starbucks has awesome coffee and bakery items as well as hot food. Go, try, you cant go wrong.
