Had a unique situation happen today and this location took care of me and my large order. I won't to any other McD's

I was curious after hearing about Muscle Munch and their “macro friendly” food, i was not disappointed whatsoever and I will be coming back for more !!!

Shoutout to ester (the Asian girl). We showed up at 11pm (when they close) and she was determined to make our food Despite her manager, she clutched up and made our food with a smile on her face. She made us laugh, and she deserves a raise for real.

We go at least once a month, and the staff is great. With many of the shifts to technology at fast food/quick service restaurants, many of them simulate table service, most of them have no way to tip or otherwise reward the staff. See you next time.

EDIT: 9/5/2022 COMPLETE TURNAROUND! Over the past year or 2 this location has made a complete turnaround. I don't know what they did, but congratulations! I haven't had a bad experience here in months. Hot and fresh food and speedy service on every order! I'm going to leave my original review down below, though, so people can see the incredible improvement they have made.

I've been to McDonald's restaurants all over the world and this is the worst location I've ever been to. (This review applies to my drive-thru experiences, 2015-2020 only. I've never been inside.) The service is unbelievably slow. I have been at the drive through speaker before and have had 2 cars go through the other speaker lane and have their orders taken without being asked what I wanted. The wait times at the drive through are mind boggling. 10 - 15 minutes is not unusual, and I've waited 22 minutes for an order before. I had already paid so I couldn't just drive off, either. The wait times would not be so bad if it meant you were getting a hot meal, however that isn't usually the case. And the quality of the food they serve had been very poor at times in my experience. I've gotten home to unwrap cheeseburgers that looked like they were dunked in grease. You could actually see the line on the buns. Quarter Pounders with the bottom bun missing, ice cold fries dumped half out in the bag. The only reason I've given this location 2 stars instead of one is because if you get there at the transition time, when they are just starting to serve lunch, you will usually get an incredible meal with everything done right. Other than that, just keep driving past this McDonald's.

We love this place because Tammie works there! She brightens peoples lives daily working the speaker/ drive through! She is quick to make sure your having a good day. Gets your order correct and timed efficiently. She needs a raise! She is on top of her job!

Great looking food and consistent quality through each item as compared to other locations I've been to. They double checked my order right after I placed it, when I paid and when I got to the pick-up window they politely asked me to double check my bag before I left and let them know. Looks like from other reviews, they're listening and making the appropriate steps in correcting an issue.

Yummy food and really fast best fries ever and best coke

Stopped here today for breakfast before work! I just wanted to say thank you for being so happy and nice! The two ladies working the windows were so friendly! As we all know most of the time when you go to McD's the window staff are not happy at all and mostly don't even say hi. Keep up the great work Ladies!

I pick up a sugar-free vanilla iced coffee every day and 9 out 10 times it's perfect. It beats Starbucks iced coffee and the cost is way less. And the bonus of visiting the store so much is getting to know the great people who work there. They're so nice!

This McDonalds is conveniently located and very popular. There is usually a few cars in line at the drive through, but the line goes fast and the food is almost always fresh.

My only complaint is that the prices here are about 10-15% higher than other McDonalds, but they have a 10% military discount which works for me.

Good place when you don't want to cook and want food quickly.

Always great food and drinks. I've had a couple issues with service awhile back but lately it's been great.

Best diet Coke anywhere. My only complaint is if you ask for a sundae or ice cream after 7 p.m., they give you some b.s. about the machine being broke or only offering a "limited menu right now", which translates to "we already cleaned the machine early and don't want to be bothered doing it after closing time."

Short staffed and busy and they still had smiles on their faces! Food was hot and fresh restaurant was clean

Go every morning for a coffee on my way onto base. Always amazing drive thru workers. Quick service, usually there’s no wait, but some mornings are busier than others and it’s not their fault. A+

Wow!! This was the best McDonald experience of my entire life! The burger looked like the picture! The fries were crisped and salted perfectly! The lady at the registar was just so happy and nice...god bless her! Then they brought the food on this glorious plastic tray! I met ronald mcdonald himself! He was like " huahaha! I hope you had a great exsperience!" And i did and i told Louie and he just could not believe it! 5 stars hands down! I even ate off the toilet cause it were so clean!

Their was once a man who told me money couldn't buy happiness. Then again there've been many foolish men in this world. I pursued the perfect sandwich for not until I bit into the quarter pounder with cheese. I've found heaven and it is right here on earth.

Quick and easy drive thru. Food was fresh and hot. Friendly staff.
