Small yet efficient McDonald's. The drive thru and dine in are equally fabulous. Quality of food and efficiency of the staff is commendable

I had a fantastic experience at the Worth crossing McDonald's in Charlottesville! The employees were all extremely nice and professional. I'm surprised at the negativity I'm reading in these reviews!!There is a female employee who has a nose piercing. She was so enthusiastic about her job and very eager to take my order. We spoke about secret menu items, and I decided to order a land, air, and sea. She was nice enough to construct a land and sea burger for me. She had to bring it out in an open container, though, since it was stacked so high. These employees are just so nice and eager to help. They are all smiles.

I stop at this McDonalds to pick up breakfast on my way to pick up my fiancé who is exhausted and hungry after working all night and part of the morning. I have nothing but good things to say about this location. It's a smaller McDonalds and is tucked away in the Northern part of town so it's not as busy, at least when I come there on weekend mornings. I have gotten wonderful, courteous, and efficient service here, and the store is clean and cozy. I love their cute string lights inside. The food is always fresh and delicious and their caramel latte is to die for. Thank you!

The food was absolutely delicious, just as expected. Drive through food delivery was slower than anticipated. I waited for 15 minutes for my order. I waited alongside 5 other cars for our orders. They were probably understaffed this morning. I'll still return to this location.

Great location they have improved so much in a years time great staff and management always get what i need and sometimes a lil more... still one of the best in the charlottesville area...

Stop by for lunch and was greeted by the most cheerful staff I've ever seen at a business. This world needs more employees like this. Way to go above and beyond. These guys need a pat on the back from management.

First of all I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich, it was cooked perfectly, a hamburger and chocolate chip cookies. All items cooked perfectly, especially the chicken sandwich which sometimes usually wildcard. In regard to service and time for recieving order was perfect. The manager was polite and friendly, his system for making the drive thru was fast and perfect. I would recommend to keep and move him up when applicable.

Had to use the kiosk inside, no counter help. Drive through was very busy. Kiosk was relatively easy to use. Tasty Sausage McMuffin and Small coffee with a hash brown was $4 even.

This is the only McDonald’s that I have visited recently that always has hot food. Quick drive thru
The French fries need a bit more salt but other than that the food was good and our order was v correct

Ravon Dante Sophia was running the Show and was doing a great job please pat on the back....

They had one person working the orders & two cooks during dinner & this man still had an amazing attitude. Take better care of your employees, McDonald's

Despite the fact that they are very understaffed, and people are treating them quite rudely, the workers at the Hollymead McDonald’s are working as hard as they can, as fast as they can, and as kind as they can. I truly commend the cashier, because despite the attitude of his customers, he is still working as efficiently as he can. Thank you all so much. I truly appreciate your work. The world couldn’t run without kind people in your position.

I'm been doing doordash for a long time now and gave witnessed a lot. Dom and Richard do such a great job. The gest I've seen in a long time. It's so great to see, people working hard, with a smile. I mean who wants to be serving food at 630am or delivering it for that matter? Their character shines thru as good human brings. I get so upset when k see people go out of their way to be nasty and hurtful. It's easy to fl do.mits a sign of weakness and insecurity. All I see in Dom amd Richard is strength. Their great attitude in infectious. I only see great futures for them in whatever they do. I've had a long very successful career. I do doordash to be oriducyuge and for fun. Thank you both for renewing my belief in humankind. AND... I went there three times in a row you think they'd be annoyed but no they only show Joy if I were wrong about the character it would have came through but no, all I saw was effort and kindness

Easy in, easy out, food always tasty. I always prefer eating inside, plenty of tables available. Love those fries!

The strawberry banana smoothies are pretty good! Use the McDonald's app for the best deals and rewards points. The buy one get one free sandwich deal on the app is my favorite deal.

We were on a trip and stopped in for a snack. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone that likes a friendly smile and folks that make your ice cream cone first then try to carry it as it belts while they slowly get the rest of your stuff together. If you haven't tried that you should. The struggle is real.

Waited in the mobile spot for a while instead of waiting in the long drive thru line. Took a while but the person who brought us our order was super nice to us. We will come back to this McDonalds.

McDonald's on 29th place is the best place to go for fast food. They have wonderful cashiers, cooks, and serve the fries hot. If i could eat there everyday i would. Prices arent that expensive and their cashiers knowledge is great. They know what is on the food, how to add an extra sauce, how to take something off your sandwich. They are the politest crew in the evenings. Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Mondays and Wednesdays are horrible crew and nasty manager.
