I’m writing to tell you that your employee, Kyle, is a special person and your lucky to have him. I left Advance Auto Parts at 3479 Seminole Trail knowing that I’d met one of the most genuine customer service providers that I have ever known.

I’m telling you that I will go back to your store, even though it took a long time to do something that generally takes a short while. A good manager ensures things don’t often go wrong. A great manager ensures that when something inevitably does go wrong, that it’s handled rightly. That’s Kyle.

He could have given up or passed the buck at many points, but Kyle persevered. He was on the money. He had a problem that took a fair amount of time to solve. But he was kind from start to finish, he made me feel valued, and there was no doubt that he genuinely cared about both the outcome and my experience.

I don’t believe that I’ve ever written a letter of this nature. I think Advance should know that I was inspired to write my first one after something didn’t go quite right. You have a have highly motivated manager who wants to succeed in the right ways, and I think your customers will know it.

People at the other pantops and ruckersville need more training they
Don't know anything about car parts.
Had to come to this location to get

Other locations had in stock so

I had the best customer service from Kenn. I came into the store and asked to have my car battery checked immediately after AAA had to come out and jumpstart my car. Kenn tested my battery and found that it was a bad battery and replaced it for me with excellent efficiency while helping three other customers who came in right after I did. He was courteous to all of us and took care of all of our needs. You can’t ask for better professional service than that.

Great car parts store. Staff is always helpful finding the parts for my old equipment. My "oldie but goodie" trucks (a 1997 F350 and a 1999 Chevy J2500) need lots of TLC and Advance almost always comes up with what's needed.

Rarely leave reviews but I had to pass on that I received exceptional customer service from Kyle today he was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable took his time and explained exactly what I needed for my car wouldn't go anywhere else as long as he is there

Advanced auto is pretty good, but this review is more for Jamie. She has a excellent attitude and is very knowledgeable. What ever they pay her they should double it. Or figure out a way to clone her to other stores and in her store. Save a lot of time and aggravation and just ask for her when dealing with this store.

It was a tough day from the start and just seemed something was going wrong every time I tried to do something. I purchased a door latch and wanted to use SpeedPerks but for some reason they wouldn't work. Jamie tried everything in her power then contacted their service department. It was a battle every step of the way but she stuck with it and finally resolved issue while multi-tasking, she waited on other customers while on hold to keep lines moving.

Thanks Jamie for going above and beyond the call of duty! Appreciate your efforts.

Very quick in and out. I needed some oil and an oil filter, but I didn't know what to get, so I grabbed my VIN and looked up my exact model, make, year, and trim from a VIN lookup website, and asked the lady what I needed. She helped me decide whether I wanted synthetic or a blend, as well as which filter to purchase.

I do a lot of business here because these guys got it going on. Robbie, Kirt, and another gentleman I cannot remember by name yet are always friendly and patient with me. I came in a few times 20 minutes before closing and I expected them to be a little upset with me but they were still polite and patient. That means a lot to me.

My battery died and my husband was succesdful at jumping it and we drove up to Advance Auto and went inside and told the gentlemen there what had happened and they offered to come out and tests battery which did show that it may be able to take a full charge but there may also be a dead cell. They gave me a choice to either try charging my 6 year old battery or buy a nee one. I opted to buy a new one and he loaded it up, i paid for it using the Perks offers and then he came oit to my car and replaced my battery.

It was a good experience and the salesman was courteous and knowledgeable.

Never have had a problem here. They are always fast and what you need. If something isnt in stock it will be there in a couple hours or evemn the next day. Definitely recommend this place!!
