Jasmine G is the best groomer I've ever had! My dog Louie absolutely loves her and I can tell she also enjoys him! He always looks absolutely handsome when he sees Jasmine!! 10/10 Recommend!

This was our first visit at this location and it was due to the fact that our location the groomery in Graceland had been closed. We still have the groomer that we had in Graceland she was moved to this location and I would follow her to the ends of the Earth she takes excellent care of our fur baby Sage. The groomer is Chantel and she is very knowledgeable and very very protective of your pet she treats them like they were her own if you want a good groomer this is the person you want to see now I'm not taking away from any of the other employees I do not know them yet but I'm pretty sure that it will be a super place to take your pet for grooming services or anything else that you may need.

I have three dogs two large ones and one little one. I like to take the big dogs on their own adventures one day at a time and the little one on his adventure when he gets groomed. Today was Cooper's day and he had a blast. The staff are really nice and friendly. The aisles are nice and large. The toys are reachable for the dogs to pick!

My kisses 😘 always gets a great 😊 grooming at PetSmart. She loves Sebastian.

This location has the Best staff! The manager is extremely helpful and gives great tips for my new dog. I also had a chance to get a few pointers from the trainer, she was nice and helpful as well. My dog is a rescue and has zero social interactions the entire staff came over to greet my dog and offer me encouraging words. thank you so much

Nice and clean store. I always watch th dogs when their getting groomed and the dogs seemed to be having fun not agitated or forced in a position the girl I watched you could tell she loves her job. Honestly they all seemed happy working their. These employees bare very knowledgeable with fish come to find out. Their alot of work!!

They have very friendly staff and always have what we need. But the staff goes the extra mile by asking if we want to use our perks. That's awesome customer service.

The grooming department is amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I have 3 senior dogs and they go above and beyond, every time in every way! The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

After today, I had to officially rate them. We have driven past 256 and ignored Grove City (closer than this one) the past 2 years to go to this PetSmart and grooming salon. We love them, they always do so much better than any others. We lost track of time today and were an hour late to the appointment and they still told us to come in. We LOVE these groomers, they have always been amazing to us.

I love the food options for my dogs and I love that they have adoptable kittens. I might just have to adopt one

The best PetSmart in the Columbus area in my opinion! I'm somewhat of a regular, and I've never had a bad experience with them. The manager sincerely cares and the employees are always asking about our pets! Plus- they are extremely fast with same day pickup orders 95% of the time.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. They did a fantastic job placing my last minute online order; the filled it before the store closed. Very appreciate of the employees consideration and time!
