Chick-fil-A

Clean and bright location, very busy but staff is quick and friendly. Play ground for kids. The parking lot is spacious but also busy because of the drive through so be aware. Food was delicious.

Fast, friendly and fresh - like all Chick-fil-As. This location appeared to be getting a lot more customers than planned when I was there in between the normal lunch and dinner rushes. The tables in the dining room needed some attention, but everyone was receiving their food quickly. The woman who took my order was very new, and she did an excellent job handling a big rush of customers. By the time I left things had slowed down enough that they were able to send someone out to wipe down the tables in the dining room. I was impressed to see that they were using disinfectant wipes on the tables. My food was delicious.

First time I've been to a Chick-fil-A(I'm vegetarian). I mainly came for the playground for my kids, but we got some French fries, fruit bowls, and Mac n cheese. They were super fast getting that out, and it was pretty good for the sides. A little pricey, but hey, inflation won't bring it down anytime soon. The playground was nice, separate from dining area so my loud kids didn't disturb the other people.

Good location. Super busy as always but service is fast and always good.

Friendly staff. Dominic was very helpful making sure we had everything we needed. Manager walked around greeting customers.

Well, believe it or not, this is the first time that we have gone into a Chick-fil-A for a meal. I was first impressed with the level of customer service. Mo at the counter was very personable and helpful. We each got the original Chick-fil-A sandwich meal with a side salad. I personally feel there’s only so much you can say about a chicken sandwich, but Chick-fil-A is probably at the top of the heap. I do like the fact that it was not a lot of batter just a thin coat of flavorful batter, hot and tender. The side salad was very good for a fast food, side salad. It was fresh and a nice additive that I show in the photo. I like to eat healthy and so I added some fruit in the way of a peach milkshake. It was delicious. And as an added bonus, I was surprised to see that Chick-fil-A has an indoor playground for kids!

I love this Chick Fil -A. It is better than any other one I have ever been to. The management here is fantastic. They are so kind and caring to their employees and it shows in how hard working ,polite, kind, and giving the employees are.

Was happily surprised to receive these nuggets in this heart ♥ shaped pan!! Love Chick-Fil-A

I always have an amazing experience when I got to Chick-fil-A amazing workers and food is always hot and ready and I'm never in a long line.

My favorite is the cool wrap. It’s packed thick and everything in it is super fresh.
The grilled nuggets and fries are also to die for. The service here is always super friendly and fast.

Always really good food never really a complaint I actually watched the documentary on Chick-fil-A the other day and I didn't realize the Chick-fil-A was the first one to have a chicken sandwich I really did not know that but always good food and a good time and probably one of the under rated brands when it comes to customer service they always appears to be the best

My son has celiac disease and we ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with gluten free bun and told them it was an allergy order. The man taking our ordered repeated that it was Gluten free allergy and when we went to the window to pick up our food, the person at the window said... "Thank you for waiting while our staff changes their gloves for your allergy order!" I can't explain to you how good and safe I felt to let him eat. It is scary how sick he can get just from cross contamination. SO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!! Our food was wrapped separately and he didn't get sick!!!

First time I ever been to a Chick Fil A was today. I have been missing out! I love their chicken sandwiches and my son played very well with the other kids. Even the older kids were kind to the littles. I will be back!

So, I received the wrong order, and I was hot because my taste buds were ready for that #7. Nonetheless, my incorrect order was HOT, and I absolutely loved it. Always fresh....!

Food was awesome! Employees there are always smiling and friendly and helpful.

I always have a great experience when I come here even when I had to wait on my order they gave me a gift cards for the wait . The young gentleman with dreads that works the drive thru is so nice .

Went to dinner with several friends at the East Broad St. location and we had a wonderful time. have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A location.
