Just want to give a shout out to Nick and Tim, who work at this location! They have been a blessing with helping socialize my anxious foster dog. (We live close by and pop in often to warm up during our walks.) They sit on the floor and talk with me and give her treats, & never try to touch her. ❤
Nick and Tim are just fabulous with dogs, and very understanding of their body language and behavior. They truly deserve a raise!

The staff here are lovely. They have a huge selection of food, treats, and toys.

The store associates are always knowledgeable and friendly.

The amount of options are wide and love that I can bring my baby in there and shop with me.

Store is clean and well kept & enjoy the sales and rewards savings as well

It's taken a while to make this post, just because it's a touchy topic for us.

First of all we love this store! The convenience, location and the wide variety of dog food is great! The self service dog wash is also a huge *plus*! There is always a great deal to be had here on food and having a larger variety of great brands of food makes it way easier to please a picky eater Husky. We had to rotate food brands a lot for him!

In regards to the staff, they are super kind and helpful, but on top of that they are very compassionate. The reason this review took so long for me to make is because we lost our dog to terminal lymphoma and the day we said goodbye we tried to purge as much as we could to help with the grieving process. The staff here helped us return/ donate the extra bags of food we had left and didn't make the process any harder than it already was.

We've gone to this location for our dog food ever since they opened and once we decided to add a new furry family member, we will definitely be back and this will be our number 1 pet supply store again!

First time visiting the store. Went to have my dog groomed. Shes was groomed so well, I didn't think I got the same dog, back!! The groomer was very patient with my dog and gave me good advice on how to keep her groomed, until her next appointment. When cashing out the cashier was so up beat, positive and knowledgeable, I almost thought I was in a commercial for the store!! I will definitely be coming back!!

A friendly neighborhood store where the staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful for all my fur babies’ needs. I can honestly say that I’ve never had an unpleasant experience at this place, these guys are great and know their stuff!

I stopped in here quick when passing through and was very impressed that they carried all of the foods my dogs eat. I feed Acana and Victor. But they also carry taste of the wild, and so much more! Normally I have to go to several different stores but it was a one stop shop! They have just about everything you could need for pretty much any pet type. They have food and supplies for rabbits, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish, dogs, cats, etc. They also have dog washing stations and such as well. Nice layout and very welcoming. They have a small area with a couple tables for people to sit down and chat and make new friends too!
I breed Olde English Bulldogges so quality food is very Important to me and my dogs. I live up in the Hinckley area and wish we had one of these stores up my way because I have to travel to the cities to get what I need and I hate ordering food online because it's so much and so heavy for the poor mail carriers up here to have to deliver.
Definitely worth stopping and checking it out! I will be back. Some pictures of our happy dogs for cuteness!

We came here to grab a pickup (it was one of the only stores that had the cans of food that we needed within a 30 mile radius). The two workers were extremely nice and we got our stuff super fast. When we got home, we opened up the bag and found a card and this cute little toy with cat nip in it. Our cat (Bella) has been enjoying the cat nip and we were happy to get the cat food we needed! Thank you so much 🙂🙂.

Love this store! Their team is always so friendly and welcoming and I absolutely enjoy every interaction I have when I come here with my dog! Their community area is such a nice touch and the whole store in general has great vibes!

Everyone is always friendly and helpful at this store! My favorite spot to grab what I need in a convenient location. Almost always having sales too!

Every time I go in this pet store the associates greet you, ask if you need any help & thank you. They also offer loading assistance. It is a much smaller & more personable experience that the other larger pet stores & yet the prices are very competitive. Today Thad helped me with chew toys for my Pomsky & he was definitely on point because my dog absolutely loves his toy!! Thank you for all your advice & help today! Definitely will shop here again & I highly recommend this location.

Excellent customer service! Immediately asked me what I was looking for and led me right to the cat food my 17 year old cat needs. Even offered to get me a basket to put all of the cans in which was much appreciated. The prices here are also the best I have found.

I frequent this place for the use of their self service dog wash and their “bakery” section. Today i was looking for a new dog food, the nice man came to ask if i needed help. Which i did. I ended up choosing their own brand , Redford. The nice man also brought the dog food out to my car for me. 10/10 customer service.

Very clean and organized. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Great deals on supplies if you get a free membership.

They have what I need, including Science Diet dogfood and an array of dog toys, and they're pleasantly small. Plus, the staff are helpful and friendly.

Went in for the first time and had such a great experience! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about different products. My pup loved the treat selection and even carried it out of the store to eat in the car. They helped me carry a huge bag of dog food out to my car which was such a relief! I will definitely be a frequent customer, I really loved my experience here!

Friendly staff, great service that is super quick, and great products! I always leave feeling great. The self-service bath deals are great here as well, we always get a punch card pack

Such a wide variety of things!! Shopping for my birds and cat isn't easy, usually stopping at 2-3 different places to get what I need. Not a problem anymore with pet supplies plus!!
