I come here weekly for crickets, and the young lady who usually helps with crickets and lizards is the most friendly person! She is always so nice, and amazing to work with! All of the staff working at this PetSmart are amazing, friendly, and kind. I will never again go to PetCo, the workers just aren’t as friendly. PetSmart is amazing!

I LOVE the groomers at PetSmart! They are always so kind, and do a great job with my little boy.

Went to Petsmart in Blaine for the first time. Juleeanna was wonderful with Annie. She explained the express service and we were totally interested in it. Annie was happy and when done she was very well groomed. Juleeanna was confident and went over the process 100% with us.
We were very happy and will return!

Don’t sleep on Petsmart. They have clean stores, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. I’m all about supporting small business when possible, but Petsmart does it well and this is a good location.

We take our dog in monthly for her bath, nail trim, teeth cleaning and ear cleaning. She seems to love it and they do a great job!

After I placed my order I never received a confirmation email, so I waited a half hour, then called the store. Danielle checked and said the order appeared stuck somehow so she pushed it through and picked the item for the order herself while I was on the phone.
I am very impressed by Danielle's helpfulness and effort.

Was in the Blaine MN location today. I needed a harness for my Amercan Bully and a longer leash. Ended up getting the little guy a new toy too. Found both the things I was looking for right away. The store was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. By the way Charles loves his dragon!

Highly recommend Nikkie V as a pet trainer. Call and ask for her, and she will get you set up for training classes no problem. Got my stubborn 1 year old Australian Shepherd to behave properly!

They always have the food my little buddy needs.

Brought my dogs in to the groomers and they came back looking so nice and very clean. My shih tzhu has wrinkles on his nose and gets nicked when I've taken him elsewhere but not this time.

Friendly, helpful employees. Good selection of dog foods. Also was able to find a harness for my aging, large dog to help her on the stairs.

Love the options and the staff when you see them are nice and personable. Always have the sweetest love birds, like idk who they get them through but they are the sweetest and I want one so bad. Usually clean and stocked. Love it. Price match is great!

I originally left a bad review, but it was before I had all the information. I was able to talk to one of the managers there and was able to work something out to resolve the situation I had before. Though I still believe that Petsmart should be responding to some of these reviews, especially if they are bad reviews instead of completely ignoring them.

My puppy Lilly got her first hair cut. The staff and students were so great.
