9600 Kitchen

Went to 9600 for dinner on our first night in Breck and it was fantastic. We had the
• Homemade Focaccia
• Locally sourced Charcuterie board
• Truffle Salami Pizza
• Lamb Empanadas with Chimichurri
• Lamb T-bone Steak
• Beef Short rib Pappardelle
• Cookie Desert
• Date Cake
Chef Taylor came to the table and explained how all items on the charcuterie board were locally sourced and items on the new menu as well. He made a point to explain how the focaccia was made in house and the menu was evolving to feature some of colorados best local ingredients. The staff was also great at suggesting dishes and recommending wine for our meal. Thank you for a great first night in Breck.

Excellent food and service. Lamb and beef short ribs highly recommend. Better than expected food quality but, as expected, quite pricey.

This was another great Thanksgiving at 9600 located in the doubletree hotel Breckenridge. We had a top notch meal with stellar service not only for our holiday dinner, but also all week at breakfast and dinner. This is our fifth year doing this and it is now an official tradition that will keep on going for years to come. Make your reservations early for a room and especially the thanksgiving meal.

I had the red trout and it was absolute fire. Staff was super short staffed but they were on it. Views were also top notch.

The half rack of barbecue baby back ribs was spicy with a nice smoked flavor and fall off the bone texture. The barbecue sauce good. The baked beans had a nice Smoky flavor as well with big chunks of bacon and nice barbecue flavor. The cornbread was nice and the coleslaw had nothing wrong with it. I was not expecting decent barbecue from a hotel but aside from the higher price that's to be expected it was a good value overall.

I had a wagyu ribeye steak special. Easily one of the best steaks I've ever had! Hats off to the chef, perfect amount of char on a medium rare steak.

Not sure why there were so many negative reviews. I stayed with my family in the Hilton hotel and we had two breakfasts and a dinner here. Staff was amazing everytime. Food was good. The continental breakfast is so good!

YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE!! Excellent food and slightly off the beaten path. They have great food options if you’re vegan or vegetarian I got the wagyu steak and it was cooked perfectly. The chef even came out to our table. It was a nice personal touch. The service is excellent. They have the best bartenders in the city mixing up wonderful drinks! I got the Charlie’s maple Manhattan and hands down one of the best Manhattan’s I’ve had. Go check this place out you won’t regret it.

We had a great meal here! The drinks and food were excellent with plenty of vegetation/pescatarian options. The overall service including from our server Jeff was friendly and accommodating. This place definitely deserves a high review.

Quinn is the best bar tender in Breckenridge!

Absolutely outstanding! The farm to table concept works great for them. Absolutely the best service I have ever had anywhere. Food was also amazing. Make sure to start off with the Thai chili smoked wings. If in Breckenridge stop by the Hilton double tree and treat yourself!!!!!

NYE buffet here was great! Idk what's up with people complaining about the brisket, because my family group of 7 are all raised in south central Texas and we all found the meat to be delicious! Great service and good ambiance. Would go again!

Everyone at this place puts a lot of effort into what they do and you can tell based on the service and food. They always have a smile and the cooks just know what they’re doing with every plate. I would recommend this place to anyone plus it’s right next base 9 where you can go and hike up to the mountain or during winter time you can ski. Check it out and you won’t be disappointed. It’s a good place with good people and that’s always the key!

Great food and drinks. I had bison chilli was great appetizer. The best thing about this cafe is the people. They will do anything to make you happy . I saw them make a Mojito 3 times just to make a woman happy. When my Steak & Egges were undercooked fix that as well. Also, the only hotel in the Hilton chain that serves Diamond members Steak & Eggs that I know of and it is very good.

Great atmosphere and our bartender Ryan was funny and provided excellent drink ideas - try his version of the Mezcal Mule!

Their chicken sandwich is absolutely phenomenal! Kaige the bar tender made my boyfriend and I the most amazing drinks. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Ryan was great! So personable and took great care of us! We can’t wait to come back to 9600 kitchen!

Had a great server Nikki and manager food was great Flat Iron steak and Elk Brats. Had a Margarita and a Tennessee Lemonade. Enjoyed our time there

Fantastic menu, fantastic service, fantastic food! Andrew and his staff and Chef Brian absolutely professional all the way! My husband and I and our family all love this restaurant!😋🍷
