I felt I had to write this review for others out there looking for a fantastic sign company. I had a heck of a time trying to find a sign company to put together my vinyl signage on my glass door and box that lights above the door. Most sign companies didn't have the time for me because they were only interested in the large customer jobs and the smaller guy I dealt with surprisingly was the same by messing me around, (I think of this as self serving), but Art-Kraft, as big a company as they are were very happy to take on the job and did an amazing job in fast time from beginning to end, and the customer service in between was next to none. I dealt with Amy that answers the phone (I think that was her name?), Bob, Dennis and I don't know the installers name, but nothing was too much trouble for them, and all with a smile and stress free for me. I highly recommend them.

Art-Kraft is excellent company to work and partner with. They provide excellent products, craftsmanship, honest, fair pricing, superb service and they are a pleasure to work with.

There was a bit of a wait from when i first called and when the signs were put up. the final product looks great. If you understand that a quality product takes time to create, you will not be disappointed. very happy with my signs.

Took 3 weeks to get a quote.

Long story short - they suck at customer service!! Here's the long version: To be honest this review is only a review on their poor customer service, seeing how I didn't get far enough to get any work completed! I called for an estimate 3 weeks ago - surprised to get somebody out the next day(all seemed promising). Nice gentleman came out April 4th. I was gone for a week so when I returned I assumed by then surely I would have en estimate emailed or a voicemail at my office. Nope. So I waited another week, and then decided to start calling - I left voicemails and spoke with the receptionist - which to be frank needs to work on her tone - she tends to come across like YOU are wasting her time. 3 weeks in I called a 3rd time - why you ask? Because clearly I like torture! I explained very plainly: had estimate, been calling, need a reply - please. Do you think the receptionist thought to apologize for that? Nope. Or even give an explanation as to why I would have waited so long? Nope. Instead as per her personality I guess she expressed in her rushed tone, she'd have somebody call me. Have they called? NOPE. So that's that. In case you were wondering this was not a small job, it was multiple signs, stickers and magnets.

Less than 1 star if possible. I am in the service industry and rarely do I rate any company less than 3 stars. However, when I called to request service on my digital display sign, the receptionist was very obnoxious and loud saying that they can't assist me until 2 weeks, and that she doubts that they xan assist me in general. I got referred to them by a company who has the same sign, yet this receptionist is trying to stray me away from earning their business. She is a liability to the company. She used profanity when I called back. I told her than you hung up the phone on me, and she says "You're damn straight I did." How unprofessional. Calling to request service and this is how I am treated? A paying customer? What is wrong with this company. I will make sure to follow with the manager on Monday. This happened on 5/1/15 at 1:26 PM, and this was the only lady worming. Shouldn't be hard for the manager to pinpoint who this employee is. Appalled is an understatement.

Horrible service if your a small business, no call backs and high price for little job.
