The best Thai tea I’ve had in the Bay Area, the tea & milk was delicious. My boyfriend got the Panda Milk tea. The black tea tasted really good. The boba tastes fresh and chewy. Extremely friendly staff and service was good

Pretty cute place, clean and friendly. Didn’t get any drinks but popcorn chicken was tasty, shrimp taco was unique but little too salty for me, overall it was delicious.

Even though they closed 7 minutes prior they really encouraged me to come in and order anyways. <3

Best tapioca pearls I’ve had. I got the Panda and the black milk tea is not too bitter and not too sweet and somehow refreshing. Usually I have to ask for 25% sugar, but as it is is my kind of ideal tea. I’m a simple person who usually only orders black milk tea, but gosh I really love their variant here.

We got boba (lychee slushy, black tea latte, and panda tea), wonton soup (very tasty, would enjoy with some he fun noodles also if they add it at some point), calamari and fries.

Nice selection of savory small bites and snacks - spring rolls, tacos and other stuff to try in the future.

The salted cheese with milk tea and boba was great. I think the boba was a bit too soft. And then i had the popcorn chicken. It had lots of flavor :)

Surprisingly good! (I never have high hopes for boba places, it’s so hit or miss) I’ve been here once and got the matcha, it was delicious. The boba was so soft and chewy, perfectly done. And it’s right next to the Japanese market so it’s super convenient. I’m craving it right now, that’s why I’m writing the review…

A cute boba place in a prime location right off highway 237. One of the few boba places that also offers various light snacks including wings, fries, popcorn chicken, tacos, and much more. This makes it a good place to catch up with friends or chill out after work. I hope they are successful!

Best grilled chicken sandwich ever. Juicy and crunchy. Loved it. If you like less spice you should mention that.

The lovely worker was welcoming and sweet. We got their tasty Beef Pho, their handrolled Spring Rolls as well as the complementary peanut sauce, and their mouth-watering Pork Banh Mi. All their items were wonderfully delicious and would come back again for their food and inviting service they provided. Thank you and keep it up.👍

Always my go to place for boba and quick snacks. Every time I try a new food here I’m always pleasantly surprised. My fav drink is Jasmine milk tea (sooo creamy) and honeydew milk tea

I ordered the grilled pork rice vermicelli for my son and banh mi pork sandwich for me. My son said his dish was the best he had ever had and my sandwich was very nice too! The staff was very nice too.

I got the matcha smoothie and it’s such a good drink, it’s not that sweet so you can taste the drinks flavor and it’s thick but still can get a good gulp up. I got the red bean add on and they taste fresh and solid. It was somewhat busy but the wait times were great like 5 minutes till my food and drinks were done. Would also recommend the food here great for lunches.

Usually order delivery from here and always very fast. Nothing arrives melted or anything along those lines.

This time I tried their black magic slushy. A black sesame and coconut milk blend. Very good, very sesame forward flavor but overall a nice balance.

Good and fast place!

This is a trendy boba place next to Nijiya Market. I ordered the Teacub special which had boba and pudding. It was delicious and I'd come back over and over for this. The boba was fresh, soft and not chewy -- just how I like it. The tea itself was good quality. I suppose everything was worth the $6+ drink.

Service is great and they prepare the drink quickly. Everything was smooth. There was a lot of seating inside too. It hits all the right check marks for a good boba spot -- seats, games, fancy cup, loud music, quick service, and good quality tea/boba.

I came here on a blind date. It's a very cold evening in Feb. I wanted something warm instead of icy cold. I asked for a hot milk tea with all the stuff that usually come in cold instead. The lady was very understanding, friendly and professional. She delivered exactly what I was hoping to get. It was DELICIOUS!!! I'd come back again!!! Even when it's freezing out there!!

Very cute little place. They have a self service kiosk for ordering, and when a bell went off that my order had been placed, the barista called out a friendly "thank you." I got the taro milk tea and it tastes very fresh. The snacks look delicious and I will be back to try some of those too!

Super nice place! Nice lay out, very clean tables. My Thai tea was very tasty!

Unfortunately the place smells like fried food, and my clothing smelled like French fries after being in the store for 5 minutes. If your sensitive to food smells, this might be a pass for you. Personally I'll be back, but won't wait or stay inside.

The snacks are so SO good. My favorites are the beef ball soup and the steamed buns. They're very flavorful and the buns are so soft and fluffy 🤤
The tea is really good as well. I like strong teas and the tea taste from the Teacub special and the fruit teas are wonderful!
Their boba is soft but chewy!

The specialty mango drink is one of my favorites! Staff are friendly and the place is modern and relatively large. The tea here is not as sweet as some other places so I reccomend adjusting the sweetness level if that's a concern for you.
