great standard teaspoon location! wasy to miss since it shares an entrance with the hot pot place. i often get the jasmine milk tea with lychee jelly and light sweetness which is refreshing and not too strong. *sip* they also have new drinks out all the time that i try as well. downtown parking is free and easy especially during non-peak hours.

Came here after dinner. I like their unique fruit flavored teas such as grasshopper (lychee cucumber), lady bug (passion fruit kumquat) and flamingo (watermelon & passion fruit). Very refreshing. In terms of milk tea, liquid gold is my favorite.

The kids ready love this place. It's not fancy but it is good and consistent. The service is fast and friendly. Lots of sugar 🙂

I got a very delicious boba tea and it was ready in less than a minute! Very quick service

Their frozen “snow” tea has an amazingly light texture. Great flavor and the egg custard just put it over the top.

They have a bunch of different oolong favor. This is incredible for a oolong lover. I ordered roasted oolong and it was great. They have two flavor samples at the cashier that you can taste. The ones there are white grape oolong and peach oolong today. They're pretty good but a little too sweet for me. I ordered mine with 25% because most milkteas in US are super sweet. However, this one isn't. I might order 50% next tine.

Loved their Thai-style drinks!

The drink is quite good, but make sure to get at 50% sugar or else it will be overpowering. Service is really quick. Watch out for the Paradise Lime though, there are a lot of lime seeds in it.

Large selection of toppings, tea and drink combinations. The building is labeled "Mervyn's" and "Teaspoon" which was confusing. But the tea shop shares a space with a dive bar (Mervyn's). The bar is located way in the back and you might not notice it.

Every time I'm here I get confused with the multiple choices I have. So don't remember the names but whatever I choose is delicious 😋

Definitely try their new snow tea ice, it's amazing!

This is a regular favorite of mine. The quality and taste of the drinks and snow is consistent visit after visit. They could use a bit more seating with the number of people coming in during peak hours.

Tip: I highly recommend the Tropical Delight, especially if you have someone to share it with (or not, I've finished it once on my own).

Pro-tip: Some of their more popular drinks (Thai tea) and/or toppings (honey boba) will sometimes be out toward the end of their business hours, so don't wait too long after dinner to stop by.

My favorite boba place on Castro! Really fun flavors, and the orders come out quick. Downside is one of our favorites (mango funtime) usually ends up being out of stock in the winter, which makes sense given the season.

Such great people who really like their job! I can tell because we were there at 7:55pm, 5 minutes before closing and they were smiling, kind, and friendly. Honey boba was unbelievably warm, soft...the best! Thank you so much!!!

Teaspoon is really excellent. Sometimes the line is long, but there's a good reason. The tea quality is some of the best of any boba shop I have been to. They also have a nice variety on the menu, with milk teas and fruitier options. It's all very delicious.

Definitely a good place to have some quality bubble tea. A little shy on available flavors for milk tea but the ones they offer are delicious. I was intrigued by the milk tea snow (Ice cream) concept and I can't wait to try it the next time I visit

Great drinks! Very popular in town!

Cute place that opens up earlier than most of the others here in Downtown. Nice selection and vibe. Good, friendly service. I usually get the jasmine green tea, which is usually a safe bet. I've also tried the high mountain oolong, and that's really good too. Also interested in trying their roobios tea as well.
