Build-A-Bear Workshop

GO! Just GO! You will be so glad you did. I took both of my little boys last night. The only regret I have is not taking them sooner!! Watching our Stitch and Baby Yoda come to life was such a fun experience!!! Stephanie really took the time to make sure that it was a MAGICAL time. She enjoys her job and it shows!!! She is an asset. Keep her around!! Thank you for your kindness. You brought so much joy to us!

The employee here was handling the store all by herself. She seemed to love her shop and stayed positive and upbeat even though she was super busy. This place is expensive but worth it for my son's smile. Expect to spend at least $45 on one bear

We go to build a bear atleast every 6 months. It is pricey. For a plush, heartbeat, sound and outfit for my two (with military discount) we spend aboit $150 every time. But, the staff has never been less than friendly. They are always great and keep my kids smiling.

My 6 year old and my 9 year old were so happy! To me it’s very important that my son can still enjoy kiddie stuff… a mean, they are growing so fast. So thank you very much, to such a grate employee who made them insert hurt in their teddies and believe in what they did.

My kids have all enjoyed their bears and the building experience made special by kind staff members.

It was a great experience for my son...I just wish they had a bigger selection of stuffed animals.

Employee Zach(I think?) made it a really fun and special experience for me and my partner. Great, clean store with very friendly staff! Definitely will be back with my little nephew in tow. :)

I took my 3 year old niece last weekend for her first time (only my second) and we could not have had a better experience. Kudos to friendly staff that restricted customers to keep crowds down and that called my niece by her name and showed so much care. I've truly never seen her with such wonder on her face as there was when she had her Heart Ceremony. We will both remember this for a long time to come

My 10 year old daughter and I went on Black Friday. Stephanie was the only worker there and doing every single job all by herself. We had to wait for a while but Stephanie's positivity, professionalism, and overall great attitude were a calming presence to every customer. She made every single child feel special and took the time to make each experience unique and fun. Stephanie is a treasure and is an incredible asset to her team at Build a Bear in Spanish Fort.

Stephanie was very understanding of my wife's situation, and was very helpful on making sure that her needs were met, with superb customer appreciation.

We came to this build a bear to celebrate our son’s birthday, and as we walked up we noticed the store was closing for a scheduled inventory with reduced staffing (COVID)! The ladies could’ve made us leave, but they saw the look on my son’s face and quickly let us in. Stephanie and Kendra helped us get a few animals & were so kind and generous! They truly made our little boy’s day and went above & beyond! This place is a must visit!

Rachel was soooooo sweet. My husband and I came just for the fun of it and she was so nice. She said how short staffed they had been, there was only 3 workers the past 4 months but despite that she remained positive about it. She was awesome!

Okay so I’m 25 and I didn’t have this as a kid so when I tell you this is one of the BEST experiences let me tell you!!! The staff is so funny and sweet! They made the whole experience enjoyable and entertaining! Will definitely be back for anymore of my future purchases! You ladies are amazing!

Always have a great time shopping at this store. We were assisted by an employee named Stephanie, who is always upbeat, humorous, and makes the entire experience very fun! There are lots of animals/characters to choose from. Definitely recommend!

Extraordinary environment for children!!! Mrs. Stephanie and Mrs. Kendra are the heart of the experience. We were greeted with LOVE and we immediately felt welcome. Mrs Stephanie is the first unknown person my 3 yr old daughter bonded ever at a remarkable short time. We look forward to the next visit!!!

Had the best experience with my friend. Staff was the nicest. We were in there 6:30 pm - 7pm on July 30th, we forgot to get the names but we really appreciated the staff. - the girls who got the how to train your dragon stuffed animals :)

Wade really made our day. It was my daughter's 9th birthday and he went above and beyond to make it special. I have went to build a bears in the area a lot the last 2 years and he was the first person to finally tell me about the point system. Thank you Wade you're amazing!

Absolutely precious. Me and my girlfriend just visited and had a delightful time. Every person at this location was a delight to interact with, and made my experience something I may never forget. I got a bunny named Bun Bun, and she is so cute!

Amazing time! I just recently turned 20 and have never had a real experience there so I went w my friends. I got a bowser plush pretty cheap and am super happy with him. Would definitely go again!
