I messed up my passport appointment and showed up at the wrong time, but the staff here very kindly fit me in without an appointment and processed my application. I even filled out the forms wrong and they gave me more time to correct my mistake.

Had a great experience today! First time visiting this location, came to apply for passports for 2kids, my baby was crying and wouldn't let me sign the paperwork, Melody took him from me and was so sweet to both kids! The other staff made everything go so smoothly and fast. Will def. come again!

My daughter needed a passport and this office was the closest to her campus so I scheduled the appt. However, I was super nervous I was going to end up going full mama bear mode when I read the reviews about how "rude" everyone is. I am a bit of a planner (I personally think it helps any situation). I filled in the application online (ensures its 100% filled in and correct), I made a copy of the front and back of her DL and made sure I had her Birth Cert with raised seal. Our appt was at 1:45 but you are asked to arrive 10mins early so we planned on arrival time for 1:20pm. We walked in, waited a moment and then Melody took care of us. She was friendly and even joked with us. I obvs cannot speak to any experience where things happen causing a person to be late or missing impt items but, if should you come prepared, all should go well.

Staff here has been professional and courteous, I particularly like to come to this Post office.

Processed two passports for minors at this location. Quick and professional experience. Took a total of 15 minutes to process both applications. Make sure that you read the application instructions and have all of your documentation ready. Staff was great.

I usually do not post often . Today I just had to comment about a very positive experience at the post office . Usually I do not like to go to this post office because the ladies are very rude . I went In today already feeling stressed about what was going to happen. I was pleasantly surprised to see a young gentleman behind the counter. I apologized right off the bat for asking a few questions first and he was extremely pleasant. He made me feel at ease right away. I also asked about stamps and he was very helpful and pleasant. What a wonderful change .sorry for the long post but I just had to share about this wonderful experience.

I went in earlier today for a passport appointment and the ladies behind the counter (Nancy was the one helping me with it) were very friendly, polite and professional. It was a pleasant experience, I got there earlier than I was supposed to, but was seen right away. Everything was done quickly and effective even though they were super busy. Cheers to them!!!! Nice, patient and very knowledgable! I had to send a package to Eastern Europe. I always dread going to the post office for this reason, because the address is in Cyrillic and does not correspond too American standards. The associate handled the whole process flawlessly without missing a beat! She was also very nice and smiling the whole time. I was very impressed and relieved. Thank you so much!

Sure there have been periods of spotty service in the past, but in the last 2-3 years service has improved dramatically. Very few late packages, and recently I have had a pleasant experience speaking with employees over the phone who were both friendly and helpful.

Thank you. To the Pennington post office! I had a package with Fertilized quail eggs sent to there town. Zip code was wrong . My mistake.They found my package & held it for me. Polite, Kind & Helpful .

Only thing I can comment is my experience for Passport Renewal. If you have an appointment, it is super fast process and fastest I have experienced at any post office. I was very pleased and thank you to the lady that manages it.

I am the one that keeps stealing all the staples out of the stapler. I also have been reading your mail

We have had passports done here 3 times. Each time has been painless and efficient, especially for our kids.

I have had no problems with the ladies at this post office. They are courteous and treat me with respect. I am pleased.

A package was delivered to the wrong address, and Danny went above and beyond, driving to the house where he thought it might have been delivered, and then bringing it to my house. I couldn't have asked for more better service.

Went to do passport processing- they were very kind and fast. Can't ask for much more in these days.
