Mavis Discount Tire

I highly recommend this Mavis location. Very professional and clean. My wait time was less than 30 minutes. I have worked with this location before. This Spring May 2024, I received amazing service. I was greeted kindly and I got the work I came in for. I was advised of concerns I may want to address in the near future. The atmosphere in the waiting room was very pleasant. Shaggy worked on my car and everything I needed was done it a timely fashion

I’ve been to 3 different Mavis’ in the area and this is by far the best experience I’ve had yet! Shaggy’s customer service and knowledge exceeded my expectations. It has been such a relief to feel like I’m not being taken advantage of like some of the other locations I’ve been to (it’s rough out there.) Everyone at this shop was super friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back and recommend this location to family and friends. Thanks for taking care of me and my vehicle! :)

I just had to share my awesome experience at Mavis Tire in Pennington, NJ! From the moment I walked in, the manager, Joe, was super efficient and really made everything easy. They got me in and out in no time!
Recently, I needed some major work done, and Joe and his team took great care of me. The work and service was spot on. Joe and his team was really kind and patient, explaining everything in a way that made sense to me, which helped me feel comfortable with the whole process.
If you're looking for a place that knows what they're doing and treats you right, definitely check them out. Five stars all the way!

I don't have enough good things to say about this place, starting first and foremost with Marley, the young woman at the front desk who multitasks (aka answers the phone, re checks in customers, and manages technicians) With the ease of any seasoned CEO. While I was waiting in their very clean and pleasant customer area, I overheard the manager come out and tell some elderly woman who is there with her son that in fact, he had nothing he could sell her, because the car she brought in to have the oil changed, had been so lightly driven in the last three months that the oil was still brand new. Honesty is the best PR...The technicians are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is rare insofar as it appears that everyone likes each other, is being treated well by management and actually likes their job! I got great timely service and a discounted price. Seriously recommending this operation!

Called this location with a last minute request for my Porsche Cayman’s tires. They were extremely friendly and got me in same day. The turnaround was quick and all employees were great to interact with. They really stood out as a solid team and tire shop especially compared to other places that don’t seem to care about their customers. Would definitely return here next time!

Awesome and quick service with a few laughs too! Took my car here because I got an alert that my tire pressure was low. Shaggy fixed it in no time and I was on my way after a couple of jokes. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Amazing service, car was in for an oil change, in and out in 30 minutes. Only place that would work on my car, other shops declined cause it’s too low. Joseph is honest and polite

Oh my gosh, this center is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, the waiting area is clean & comfortable, and the service is outstanding. I took my minivan over because the front wheel was making a horrible grinding noise, but it stopped before I got there. Shaggy checked everything thoroughly & even risked his life to test drive it for me to make sure it was safe before I put my kids back in the car. He was so kind & worked so fast - we were back on the road in less than 20 mins free of charge! Will definitely head back here for my next service appointment!

This is the best Mavis in the state of New Jersey if not the country. The girl at the front desk was by far the best multitasker I have ever seen. The technicians were all masters at their craft. They correctly diagnosed the issue with my truck. They went above and beyond by efficiently and cost effectively solving the issue. The staff there genuinely cared about the problem I was experiencing with my vehicle and the time I was taking out of my day to get it resolved. 11/10

Mavis has been wonderful to me for years and they never disappoint. Brandon is the absolute best and takes care of everything for me ! The crew makes sure I’ll be safe and secured in my car which is always lovely.

I picked up a roofing screw in my right rear tire. The tires are less than a month old. Joseph and his team are awesome! They got it in the bay, up on the lift and found the problem, within a few minutes. As if the service and overall professional attitude wasn't enough, Joseph waived the plug fee and sent me on my way. Best service I have received in months. Will DEFINITELY return to this location when I actually need to replace tires. :) Thank You Joseph & Team!!

I live about 30 minutes away from this particular Mavis but there’s a reason I make the drive — Trust.

I can always trust these guys to give me good pricing, to be honest with me, and to do good work. Whether it’s a newer car or something old they have the knowledge to get the work done quickly.

I’ve had brake work, suspension issues, and even some weld jobs done here and they get the job done every time.

Joseph, the manager, is super friendly and a phenomenal guy. I can always trust he’s got my back whenever I need work done.

I recently did an oil change at this place on a Saturday. I was greeted warmly by Joseph who took care of my car within hours as he promised. The staff are all friendly and professional, and the waiting area is clean and pleasant. People who were waiting there were also very friendly. I would definitely go back to this place for my car repair and/or maintenance needs.

Took my Tesla Model Y there for a slow leak in right rear tire. Not only did they get to it right away but fixed it quickly. Great service! We just moved into the area and I will be bringing my cars here for their great customer service.

I give them five stars because that’s the max that I could choose. I didn’t know what was wrong with my vehicle so I brought it here and they took it in right away and assessed the situation. When I entered it was clean, and get good with it being so hot outside. I was greeted immediately which you don’t get often at a car shop. I wasn’t treated like “a woman” and learned things about my car that I never knew. Given that I don’t have much knowledge in vehicles they provide me more info. That was so cool! I recommend this place to anyone and will spread the info to my loved one. I’ve listened to them assist other customers and they are great at what they do. 100/10 rating if you ask me 🫶🏽

This is back to how it used to be with nice managers, thorough workers, and great work being done. I came in with a small issue, they figured out how to make it work for me now with the complete knowledge of what needs to be done in the future. They were thoughtful and thorough and would not let one thing go until they figured it out and were able to fix it, despite it being not obvious at all. The people were kind, thoughtful, helpful and respectful. I’ll definitely be back!

My initial telephone call to the shop was answered by Mr. Joseph Glover. He was so knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. The repair to my Hyundai was exactly what he said it would be and performed in the time frame he stated. He was so professional and honest. I have additional repairs I need to my vehicle and WITHOUT hesitation Mavis of Pennington is where I'm going. The customer service, skills, and professionalism of Mr. Joseph Glover is a wonderful representation of a successful business. Bravo!!

I just had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire and wanted to drop a quick review. I found a screw in my tire and headed over to Mavis, not sure what to expect. I was totally blown away by how fast and smooth everything went. I was in and out in just 20 minutes!

A big shoutout to Joseph who works at the office—super polite and really made my day with his friendly service. And guess what? I didn’t even get charged for the service. That’s some serious customer care right there.
