Jeffrey helped my elderly mom switch to a smartphone so that we can get control over the hundreds of spam calls that made her old phone completely unusble. Mom has resisted the change every step of the way, and he treated her with kindness and respect and spoke slow and loud so she could follow without feeling intimidated or frustrated. I am so grateful for the understanding and exceptional customer service! Thank you Jeffrey!

I have been in to T-Mobile multiple times and Kelly is amazing. She always makes the best of things while waiting and answers any questions you have. So if you go into T-Mobile ask for her you will have the best experience

The best customer service is in this store! T-mobile always has good customer service but the service I got from Key-onta the other day was waaaayyyy above and beyond! I've worked in Customer Service for over 20 years and I'm highly impressed with her knowledge & ability to connect with me as a customer! Give this woman a raise or I'll be looking to steal her! 😆

I've read alot of bad reviews about this Tmobile store. But for me i had great customer service. Katilin was very nice and pleasant, she explained everything to me and answered all my questions. She was great and i give her 5 stars on a job well done. Thanks again Katilin..YOU ROCK....

We switched from Sprint since T-Mobile merged. Tessa is the representative who worked with us and gave the BEST service we’ve ever received from a phone company. There were a few obstacles from Sprint and Tessa made everything smooth and had an amazing attitude the whole time. She was a pleasure to work with and I’m not dreading the next time I have to go to the phone store

I am switching from Sprint to T Mobile and let me just say, it's not exactly painless right now. HOWEVER the store manager, Joel, demonstrated the best customer service I have seen, possibly anywhere. Most certainly in a cellphone store. We are still working out the details of adding lines to a merged account but Joel has made me feel comfortable as a new customer with T Mobile. Thanks also to Tessa, who works as a sales associate there. I appreciate both of you and your commitment to assisting us in our purchases today! Strongly recommend this location!

Tessa helped me understand the differences between the 55+ options. She was patient and didn't even laugh at my questions. She handled my phone info transfer (unlike my previous carrier). The entire staff was professional, competent, pleasant and engaging. I highly recommend the T-Mobile North Augusta store.

Came into T-Mobile to see what they could do for me. Verizon was charging me way to much for three lines. I talked to Katelyn and she was amazing. She got me a free line so I’m paying less than half I was paying with Verizon. She got me into my Verizon app and was able to port over my numbers from Verizon. She explained everything to me and set the right expectation for me. I highly recommend T-Mobile in North Augusta and my girl Kate!

This is THE T-Mobile store to shop with. EVERY employee has been a pleasure to work with. Joel, the manager, is clearly intent on making each customer feel cared for beyond the norm. After spending an hour on 611 customer service call with someone not in the US... I drove to the North Agusta store and Kaitlyn listened to my issues and my frustrations. She talked to the CSR over the phone and straightened everything out within minutes. She went above and beyond and made my day.

Tessa is simply the best key holder you guys have. We recommend that if anyone has received dreadful service at any T-Mobile locale, visit Tessa, in N. Augusta, she will give you on point treatment. She will make you feel like sheer utter royalty. We were getting ready to leave T-Mobile b/c of their customer service in stores and via telephone. She is so kind and sweet. Really knows how to treat the public. In Him! 👍

I came in with my boyfriend and had no intention of purchasing a phone or ending a 20 year subscription with AT&T, but that is exactly what happened. Katelyn was very knowledgeable and persuasive and got me to switch to Tmobile with a brand new phone and Tvision. She is excellent!

I have had to go to this location a couple of times in the last week. The level of customer service at this location was amazing. Tessa and Jared were both amazing. I would go out of my way to return to the North Augusta location for help with anything. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable and helpful.

Me and my nephew came in to see about switching from Verizon. We came just looking at pricing and everything and Kate hooked us up. She got us our third line free. She went above and beyond for us. She was about to get into our verizon app so we could get the information we needed to port our numbers over from Verizon to t-mobile. Lupe also hooked us up with some chargers for our phones. I recommend t-mobile in North Augusta, they are so nice and knowledgeable. Go see Kate and Lupe

Just recently switched to T-Mobile from another service. Joel helped us switch over with ease and answered all of the questions we had. Since switching we’ve seen a huge difference in our service and any questions that we have Joel answers promptly!
