I don’t usually do reviews but I had to I was helped by this guy named Mike! He was super sweet, and took care of me right away. He made sure he communicated properly and had me in & out , that was one of my smoothest experiences at an auto store, and he deserves a raise. Thank you again MIKE !

I came into Advance Auto Parts on Campbellton Rd today and was helped by the two managers Isaiah and Mike. Those two deserve a raise, they were very informative and they both took time to make sure I got everything I needed for my repair and even gave me pointers on how to complete the job. Will definitely be coming back next time I need anything done to my car or even if I just need information.

Great customer service and the young lady that helped me went out of her way with customer service. I wish I knew her name I went to cambleton rd lo action for a car battery noco boost plus.

This location was helpful. I rode my bike there and I dare not leave it outside. After a simple request I was allowed to keep my bike inside and shop for what I needed. When it was time for me to run a diagnostic on my vehicle...I returned to this location and again experienced excellent customer service. I will return to this location....because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

The young man Osiris was very helpful yesterday! He found the brakes I needed fast, and even took the time to check my engine light. Will be back

The part I needed wasn't in-stock at my local Advance Auto Parts at Metro/Dill, so I took a trip West to this location. Shawn helped me with the part I needed and even took the time to open up the box to verify if it was correct. This location maybe a little further from me than the other, but I will come back for sure for this high level of service and cleanliness of the store. Thanks y'all!

Exceptional service, quick efficient and knowledgeable personal.
Each customer's questions about parts were addressed, and unlike some auto parts stores who seems to ignore clients present, soliciting potential phone IN calls.
ADVANCE AUTO [caps intended] staff took care of both.
I actually felt like a valued customer.

Chris and Rasheed was alot of help. I had to get a battery replaced and they replaced it with no probs. I think Rasheed was I training but he still did good. I really appreciate them. Thanks😁Happy customer.

I went in for help with a key. Unfortunately they didn’t have the item needed to correct the issue, however, Octavious went above and beyond helping me find a temporary solution until I am able to get the necessary parts. He was so helpful and provided excellent customer service. Definitely go visit for auto care and ask for Octavious !

They helped me get a new battery and saved my day from being so bad! They took it out and tested it then told me it had a bad cell then handed me my options. New battery it was! 90 dollars later for a cheap battery and I was gone.

Gentlemen in there was very healthful with the products I needed for my vehicle
