I needed a battery and stopped by Advance because of the free testing and instillation. It was a great experience because the sales guy was was so pleasant to deal with. I was not looking forward to going here because of past experiences with a female sales person who had one of the worst personalities that I've ever dealt with. Absolutely the best ever. We broke down coming through from FL at 3 am. So we was stuck til they opened at 7:30am with 4 kids. Derrick was hands down the best. He left for lunch and asked if we wanted something. He kept a check on us. We finally got it running at 12 and it felt as if we was leaving our family. They was so busy but he stayed patient and understanding the whole time.

My van broke down in the middle of the night right off this store's exit on our way home from vacation. We were 4 hours away from home, in an unknown place, and needed all the help we could get. In today's world, there are so many people who work with the public that are so hateful and hate their jobs and don't care at all. But not this place. The manager Derrick and his staff were beyond compassionate. They didn't just see us as a customer, but a fellow man, desperately in need. Derrick and his staff offered my family drinks, tools, and anything else they could to help us feel comfortable and get back on the road. I'll never forget Derrick and his staff for the amazing experience and service. Genuinely wonderful people who make this world a better place. THANK YOU!!! My family and I are forever grateful.

Just went here today (after going to a different place, I won’t say names) but I called and Derick answered and was so polite and professional, the employees acknowledged and reassured me I would be helped shortly. They tested my battery which was bad and they replaced it quickly I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The whole store was nice and professional!

If anything is wrong with your car ask for PABLO. He’s a genius when it comes to cars and can tell you exactly what you need. If you need help fixing your car he can beat ANYONES price to fix it! He speaks English and Spanish so he’s a help to all kinds of people. Very professional and fast.

Glad AAP has Die Hard Batteries. Was headed to a Sears that wasn't there...been closed. I'm a Die Hard Fan. I get 5 years almost to the month on each 2010, 2015, 2020 All November/December. I really don't want any other battery for my primary vehicle or any vehicle I like and plan on keeping.

Ordered online in front of the store, used a promo code, got 10© off plus core exchange. It processed in minutes. They pulled the order, I swapped it out........easy! That's my AAP location.
