McDonald's

A wonderful young man named Harley greeted me when he brought the food out. Then as he was cleaning he asked my kids if they wanted a sticker and a sucker (after asking my permission of course).. I work at a different McDonald's and it's so nice to see other friendly people. Sometimes a small gesture goes a long way.

Staff was extremely kind and accommodating of my mothers food sensitivity and without complaints or additional charge remade the drink that I ordered incorrectly.

It was a busy hour and service was acceptable. I went inside to order, when waiting for an order to go inside there is no out of the way place to wait.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to, believe me, there is a difference between different McDonalds fastest hot fresh food.

I LOVE THIS MCDONALDS! My colleagues and I most recently enjoyed this franchise at 10pm and were greeted by smiling employees. The lobby was very spaced out and our group was able to sit comfortable, in a clean well kept environment. We ordered $30 of ice cream, and most of us were pleased. I am slightly disappointed in the fact that the McFlurry’s are no longer stirred, the toppings are only placed on top. Overall, this establishment holds a special place in our hearts, and easily takes the cake for the best McDonalds in Charlotte MI!

Services was fast, and nothing was m3ssed up in the order.

Stopped for breakfast on our way to the farm for some pond fishing. Lobby was fairly busy for retiree social hour. Had a longer than normal wait for our food but it was all fresh and made right.

10/10 would recommend the play place. French fries taste better when kids are screaming

This is one of the nicest McDonald's that I've seen and I've been to a lot of them all over the world it is very clean as far as employees they need to hire employees that are a little older than $16 because most of them who were working we're just standing around talking didn't really answer questions nobody was really waiting to counter I had to speak up quite loudly to get somebody to come over and then they all looked at each other and then when I got the 20 piece chicken nugget with two medium fries for $9 they didn't know how to ring it up they were on prepared I'll say that for customers wanting any deal off the McDonald's app pretty much like any size fry for a dollar needed a manager any size pot for a dollar if they couldn't ring up a medium they needed a manager so definitely need to be retrained but other than that it was decently cleaned the food as far as being fast no it took about 5 to 6 minutes longer than any other McDonald's

Sorry tasted great and service was great but any fast food I hate giving good stars.But yes well deserved

We stopped by this location on our way home from a weekend vacation and picked up a mobile order. It was just a few McDoubles and some fries but they were all amazingly good. Not only were the burgers delicious, they were made with care. Patties nicely stacked, cheese centered on the patties... they actually looked like the burgers in their ads! (By the time I thought to take photos, it was way too late.)

Love McDonald's fries! Always have been my favorite.

It's Mc Donald's.. there are better for example Clare Mc Donald's is probably the best I've had.. other than this one constantly leaving out part of my order it's usually passable as food..

One of the few in the area with a Playplace for kids.

Thankful that they were open food was quick people in the parking lot we're creepy

I love this McDonalds! Always fast and accurate service. And, always clean. Been using this McDonalds for years. My kids grew up in the playland. Staff is always sweet and helpful.

This is by far my favorite McDonald's yet. The play area is completely separate from the other dining which is nice for everyone. The toys are also better than most McDonald's I've been too. They also have a small area for toddlers to play!! Play area has its own small family bathroom as well as high chairs. I love it!!!!

I get tea there every day. Only complaint I have is the mobile ordering junk. I don't want to use my credit card to pay!!!!!! But I did enjoy a free sandwich now and then. It stinks that they took that away.
