I went today to get a new phone and to traid in my existing iPhone . I was greated right away by shawn who helped me for 3 hours fix my phone as well as upgraded it and helped me even tho the settings was giving him a hard time he stayed friendly and very Patient with me even when I wasn’t understanding sometimes . Definitely would recommend a friend to him / t-mobile

Came in thinking I would have an easy transfer from my old phone to my new phone, but forgot my password, Shawn was amazing and after an hour and a half he fixed everything I highly recommend going to him 100%!

Shawn at T MOBILE ON 10776 KINGS RD MYRTLE BEACH SAVED my day big time. We were headed 90 miles away to fix my 7 month old iPhone 14 pro max. I am not a T MOBILE customer. Closest xfinity store is in NORTH CHARLESTON. 😩 T mobile was .2 miles from where I’m staying.

He took my phone anyways. Did his magic and BOOM fixed. I had been troubleshooting the buttons incorrectly. He showed me how to do it should it happen again. He was so professional, patient, helpful all with a great attitude. Hard to find these days.

Sam was also as friendly and helpful. She said please come back if you need anything AND they didn’t push any sales pitch at us. I will be switching over in February to them.
Customer service speaks volumes to us aging people!

Very helpful associates! Needed assistance cancelling my 91 year old father's account. Ramses (?) got on the phone and took care of everything for us. Went back today to follow up on a charge and Moon was just as helpful. Thanks guys for your patience.
